Chase and His Clueless But Excited New Mom 1 Attachment(s) Hi...This is my new puppy, Chase. He was born December 4, 2014. He is still with his mommy right now. I won't be able to pick him up until the end of January or the middle of February and I am so excited to bring my new fur baby home. I am now an empty nester and I looking forward to his company. I am so glad I stumbled across this forum. I am gonna need your help on this new journey as this will be my first yorkie. Any suggestions on what I need to do and things I need to before bringing my him home will be much appreciated. PS: Is this what your fur baby looked like at this age? |
Welcome to YT! Your new puppy is adorable :D. Yes, that's what our Sophie looked like. She is our empty nester baby, too. You'll find all the help you need on this wonderful site! To get started you can read the YORKIE PUPPY CARE GUIDE - For New Parents! It is a "Sticky" under General Discussion. You'll find a ton of useful information on that thread. Looking forward to watching Chase grow :animal-pa |
congratulations!! Chase is a cutie. You will find tons of info here you will also need lots of time, patience and you will get lots of Yorkie kisses and love |
Welcome! Lil Chase is adorable!! |
Welcome and congratulations. Waiting is hard, but this is an important time for him to be with his mommy. All I can say, this being your first Yorkie, is that you are in for a whole lot of fun. They truly are like little kids with fur.... more so than any other breed I have known. Their personalities are just amazing. No wonder they are so addicting, and people like me end up with multiples :D |
WELCOME! Glad you found this site. Your baby is darling! Don't Rush your baby away from his momma too soon. 12 weeks with the mother is the recommended before going to a new home. We will be eager to follow your puppy progress! |
Welcome to YT, little Chase is just adorable. You've selected an awesome breed. |
Welcome to Yorkie Talk and congratulations on your new addition to be! One of the things I found very helpful my first night with my puppy was an xpen. Soft bed, piddle pads, water and food bowls. Feel free to ask questions. |
