Introducing Jackson's "sister" (of sorts) LOLA!!

My mom, step-dad and little sister (whom I live with 85% of the time) got a puppy! So.... meet Lola, 10 week old cockapoo, who is such a sweet little puppy.

She is in love with my 6 year old sister already and Jackson is unsure at this point lol. He will come around soon, right now he just doesn't know what this tiny little creature who keeps biting his tails and ears is doing in his house :p

But he's been really sweet, and then she will initiate play, and he wants to play back so he barks (he's loud when he plays) and she gets scared and then stops it LOL... it will be a learning curve, but exciting!! Jackson gets a sibling that isn't my responsibility (yay! lol).. the best kind of dog :D

Lola is sooooo cute. Her coloring is very interesting, and I wonder what it will look at when she grows up. The dark face with light around her eyes is very cute, like she is wearing a mask. The body hair already looks light underneath the dark tips. Do you think she will be about the same size as Jackson when she is full grown?

I am so happy for your family and for Jackson to have a lil "sister" playmate. There are so many wonderful things Jackson can teach her. You are going to have a blast, I can tell.

Yes we love her coloring and know it's going to change a lot! The breeder told us likely more beige like her father with certain black points left behind. Her mother is more of a red coloring- very pretty girl. She doesn't really look like much her mom though! lol.

And estimated around 12-14lbs. She's nearly 5lbs right now.

So cute. I love the "owl eyes". Great size to play with Jackson, now let's see if she can keep up with him. Do you get to do some of her training too, or is she primarily your little sister's dog? You have done such amazing things with Jackson, I hope you get to share some of that talent with Lola. Fun fun!

:D Oh Brit....Lola's GORGEOUS!!!! What a lucky boy Jackson is, having such a beautiful little playmate :D

Oh yeah my mom has basically 'hired' me as her trainer! :p:rolleyes: She doesn't know much about dogs, but is slowly learning. My mom, the non-dog person, is sooo in love with this girl already. Lola slept on my moms pillow with her all night long.

She learned to sit today! Sooo happy with her. She is a smart little one.

She is adorable. I love that second pic, she looks like a little bunny rabbit with her ears in the air. Lol. The video is so cute. She is a smart baby!

Oh by the way, she was born on Sept 4th, my bday. I found that out when we picked her up... just a fun little tidbit haha

Ah, she is cute and smart too. Hope Jackson doesn't get jealous. You are such a good trainer, Lola is lucky to have you in her life.

She's pretty. I also thought bunny when I saw her second picture. lol

Her color is called sable. That means the hair strands are banded. The tips are darker than the rest of the strand, so as her hair gets longer (and trust me, with the poodle in her, it will get longer!) it will look lighter. I tend to think sables are beautiful. Get her used to grooming now.
