Gunner and I were up at the camper totally enjoying ourselves. Problem came when I remembered I had not brushed him in a few days. My, was he matted! I couldn't put him thru that torture, so I cut all of his pretty hair off.
I'm sure it will grow in fast. I didn't give him a bath yet, so this is just the start. I will be sure to comb him daily from now on.
He also hates having his photo taken.
You can see his harness now! LOL

Seems to me I saw a photo on here of a dog called Captain Noonee? Not sure who it was, but Gunner looks just like him now.

Aww you look cute . . Galen said don't worry, it grows back. . . The Momma had to shave me because the pet sitter never combed my coat for a week :eek: this is what is looked like after my cut

That just what he looks like! So sad, cute and pathetic all at the same time! He is so pretty, Gunner doesn't look that good! LOL

I took him to a groomer . . I just couldn't do it. . .you can take him to a groomer to clean him up if you want. He is a cutie. The hair grows back. Just make sure you have little sweaters for him. They get cold when they are naked. . .

Funny, I am a groomer! I ordered a Fido Fleece off of ebay, expected it today. Got an email that said it didn't ship and she gave me a refund, arrrrrrggggg.
I have his too small sweater from last year on him, he hates it. I will post a photo.

Gunner in his little sweater today, he hates it. It is too long on his back (he pees on it) and too tight. I ordered him a new one.
