I think she's been framed. I bet it was the cat.. LOL Just look at that adorable face. She can do no wrong!

Poor Shelby - looks totally innocent to me! Well, except for the bit of kitty litter right there on the perfect little nose - but we all know kitty litter just flies around and lands all over - even on the innocent - and doesn't mean at all that Shelby was playing or digging or sniffing of in the litterbox. Not at all! I think Shelby is right to feel indignant. A Yorkie can't be blamed for kitty litter that just happens to be on one's nose, however incriminating it looks on the face of it!

Oh my! She's adorable! Don't you know? No such thing as a litterbox.... it's a snackbox! Watch out for those Yorkie kisses for a while! Lol!

Thanks for all the nice comments - she's a well-behaved girl, beautiful temper, almost fully potty-trained, etc. - this is her Achilles heel.

A story:

Last week when I wasn't paying enough attention (I work out of the home - and she's usually in a specific area with me but manages to get out into house occasionally) she managed somehow to bring three choice pieces of 'bonbons du chat' into my office, lay them out carefully in a circle on a pair of jeans I'd left on the floor (my fault) and then get my attention. To be honest, I think she was offering them to me - "How can you know you don't like it if you haven't tried it?"

Anyhow, haven't found a practical way to keep her out of the box while allowing the cats access - (one of the cats is 12, and it would be unfair to her to raise the box beyond Shelby's reach). Still brainstorming, and meanwhile I've become a much better scooper - to the cat's benefit.

Now how could you be upset with that face? Kyra does that when she finds a little jewel but the breath is a dead give away lol.
