I have to. I learned my lesson with Gus. I only give her chicken or chopped apples, carrots, banana, or watermelon. Just the other day my daughter was eating pot roast and mashed potatoes and Leiloni snook in and tried to take down as much as she can when my daughter turned her head for a split second. That night we were watching TV with her on my lap and she was farting something awful and every time she'd let one loose she would look up at me as if she was saying yeah I have gas but it was so worth it! |

Oh my goodness, what a sweet face! How could you deny that sweet baby? |
How funny! I love the tongue action :p |
What a cute pic!! For me though, I don't like my Bailey sitting anywhere looking at me eat. When he does, I tell him to go and lie down. Then he either does that, where I can't see that he IS looking at me, or he sits by my feet looking straight ahead, away from me. I'm good with that. I can tell that his ears are perked so that if he hears the slightest sign that I am going to call him, that he will be right on it:) He will then turn his head a bit to see if I'm looking, then turn away as if to say "I"m not looking at you... really". Too funny! I've made it a habit that when I would give him a piece of carrot, or something, from my dinner that after I'm finished, I say "Go to your bowl", and he quickly goes there to see what present I am giving him. They are all so precious!!!!:aimeeyork |
