It's hard to believe this is Gizmo just one week after he almost died at someone else's hands, and I rescued him and saved his life :-) he goes back for his vet check up Friday, I think she will be super happy xoxo

He is just as much of a blessing to me as I am to him. He's so cute and has such a goofy personality now. I am so lucky fate picked me as the one to save him. I am an incomplete paraplegic from a botched spinal cord surgery, and my dr. Had been encouraging me to get a little dog as a service go to walk and help my pain levels. So we truly did need each other :-)

OMG it was meant to be! I am so sorry about your surgery going wrong. It is so cool that you two needed each other and you found each other. This is a heartwarming story.

From my estimation of the birthday the girl told me of him when I rescued him last week, he if officially 10 weeks old today too :-) you can really tell the difference between my profile pic and the new one, how much weight he gained and how much bigger he is. I took the pic on my profile 3 days after I got him, and he was still sleeping a ton, getting better :-)

Ahh, what a precious baby. Makes you just want to eat him up. I would never get anything done from holding this baby all the time. Just absolutley adorable.

Thanks so much everyone for the kind words :-) and yes he is soooo adorable, and now very high maintenance haha. He's so smart for his age too. He is obsessed with going potty on his pads, then whines until we give him a new one lol, even in the middle of the night. Once you change it, he goes right back to sleep haha. He has not had one accident once that was a real accident. The first night he went weewee on himself, but at that point he was still so sick he couldn't even stand up. He also has learned to play fetch, sit and stay :-) he is so incredible xoxo
