I butchered her little bottom. :( I guess I'm a bit out of practice when it comes to grooming little booties. Leiloni was in need of a trim :( and I was not expecting to be so squirmy. Needless to say I am very sad. She looks as if she has doodie stuck in her bottom. I know it will grow back but I am so mad at myself. Poor thing has been sliding her rear on the rug. I'm sure it's itchy and bothering her.

Good thing she has lots of pretty dresses to distract attention from her shotty grooming job. This is her newest creation I put together. I seen the material on ebay and had to have it!

Aw how adorable! You made that dress for her? That is incredible. I need to learn how to sew so I can do fun things like that. It is so freaking cute! She couldn't be any more adorable I don't think even if her fur got groomed a little funny.

Ohhh, she's such a little doll!

Be especially careful what you put on her bottom b/c she will probably lick it off & that could be bad. I don't know if this works or not, but when I "googled" your problem the following is one answer I found:

"For itchy skin, bathe in an all natural soothing shampoo and use a Safe and effective topical spray. Pure Pet Anti Itch Spray is really good because it has clove oil which not only tastes bad but numbs the skin. Pure Pet also makes a nice oatmeal shampoo which is soothing."

Maybe some of the other folks on here have some personal experience with your problem & will come forward with an answer. Still, I would call my vet---I'm paranoid about ANY product nowadays with which I'm not familiar.

Oh my, now this is one little darling pup I need to stay away from. Leiloni is just to darn CUTE.....if I keep looking at her pics I will surely want another baby. You should enter Leiloni in some contest, she is gorgeous!

awwwww well try to let it go shes stil the most darling baby in the whole world and you got practice to do it just how you want it next time. Happy 4th of July to you both.

I did that to my toy poodle it only itched for about two days. Your little one is so cute, i am getting one later this year dont know whether to get a male or female my t poo is a spayed female i love the girls but worried about same sex fighting

LOL!! The rug slide... That happens all the time here after a visit to our groomers. The skirt is must have attire for a few weeks. ;) Remember, hair grows back, and....
