I'm so lucky 1 Attachment(s) I am so blessed to be able to share my life with a Mom that's 98 years young. She wants to go to heaven but I'm glad that she doesn't get to make that decision. She said this is her last Mothers Day with me and I know that odds are she is right but I focus on one day at a time and am greatful for each day. I am so glad that she has been well enough to be at home with me and when the time comes I know that I have been granted much more time than most have to share my mom's life! I love this photo; it is a real treasured keepsake. The love of a mother is such a priceless gift. I knew your mom was special because she raised such a beautiful daughter. When I had the privilege to finally speak with your mom, I got to see firsthand what a special person she is. She made me feel so at ease, and each time I have spoken to her, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Your mom must have touched so many lives as a teacher, and I'm sure that she had a great impact on her students. She listened with such interest to hear about my teaching career, and it was so amazing for me to hear about her time teaching, too. Most of all, we share a love of her precious daughter, and we are both so grateful to have you in our lives. Happy Mother's Day, dear friend.
