My First Handmade Bed! 2 Attachment(s) This was very hard on my hands. I didn't realize how old I was LOL!! I wasn't sure she'd even sleep on it because I couldn't get her on it at first. Also, I think I WAY over-stuffed it. hehe But, she likes it... |
That is so adorable...how did you make it? |
You did a great job! |
Aw...she looks so comfy in her new bed, yep...she really likes it:thumbup: you did a great job!:) |
Thanks y'all! :) Bobbi - i just got a yard of fleece and cut it in half and then in matching ovals. Then, went around the edges with the pieces together and cut 3" slits all around it. Then, tied the tabs together all around until I had about 4 left and just stuffed it with filling (too much, I think..it's a mile high lol). Then, tied off the last 4 tabs and voila! hehe |
Very nice! Doesn't look like Mandie thinks there's to much stuffing in it! |
It's cute!! Personally, I've found that it's ok to overstuff these! Especially if you have a digger or a cat (kneader), lol. I have one that was "perfect" when I first made it and now there's just not enough. :) |
Well she's still in it and she DOES look comfy so you both have a point there :) |
Love it...you did a great job! |
Love this!! I saw it on pinterest and was planning to make one soon! What'd you stuff it with? |
