Help me name this pup. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/pic...ctureid=124241 So I recently got a little female yorkie. Read her story here: Her previous owners named her Lucy, but I have three boys(humans-ha) that all have names beginning with L and it gets very confusing. I was thinking of giving her a different name. She doesnt even come when I call "Lucy" so I am hoping it won't be too difficult for her. She will be two in March. My other pup's name is Piper. After the airplane...my husbands idea. Some name ideas are: Breezy, Mocha, Bitsy, Roxy. If you have any other idea's let me know. |

I love Roxy :) My sis has a West highland terrier with that name and I think it suits terriers ! |
I love the name mocha my hazel's name was either going to be hazel or mocha I loved them both so much I literally had to choose by picking out of a hat lol, roxy is pretty too but she looks mocha-ish to me(if thats possible lol) |
I like the name Poppy but I also like the names you have picked out ...can u describe her personality... |
Interestingly, Lucy and Roxy are similar in meaning - both mean "light" (Roxy also means "dawn"). I know you don't want an "L" name but the first name that popped in my head when I saw her pic was "LuLu". I went and looked that meaning up just to see what it was and it is: "precious; pearl; calm; peaceful; protected" I think you should just get to know her and her personality and the right name will come to you :) |
I wanted Lovely Lucy for our little girl but my son wanted Cunnin Chloe' .... as always my son won! Most of the time I call her Crazy Chloe'....LOL I like Peppermint Patty....I always like two names togetheir kind of like first name middle name. The names you picked out are really cute too. |
