Mia has become quite the traveler, flying 6 times in the last 4 months. :3plane: She knows that packing the suitcase means she is going somewhere. She ran and got her bone, then packed her ball too. She jumped in and and looked at me as if to say "Ok, I'm ready, Mama!". I also included a Key West picture, and sunset. The Keys are a great place to bring your pup. Mia was welcomed everywhere we went. She openly toured, shopped and dined with us all week. But all good things must end, and last night we arrived home. Vacation with my fur girl was such fun. Mia enjoyed being fussed over everywhere we went. She made lots of new friends, and we have so many lovely memories. :ip:

No wonder you freak out about her...she is absolutely gorgeous!!! Love her little tongue sticking out, so cute! She is obviously well loved and spoiled...happy travels!

Those are some great pics Kim. It's good to see she is loving her vacation, soon her sister will be there to share in the traveling excitement.

I know. We only have 30 more days to wait. For those that don't know, Allie is Mia's biological half sister (same mommy). We get to bring her home when she is 15 weeks old, on August 25th. Lori,( Kateri Yorkies ) is just the best. All of her fur babies are beautiful. We are so excited to add Allie to our family.

Thank you, everyone for your kind comments. I just loved taking Mia with us. I wish everyplace was as dog friendly as the Keys are. Some places just seem to get it, and understand how we feel about our babies. I hope Maryland becomes more like that someday.

Oh that is wonderful that Key West is so pet friendly:) We will have to go there soon, haven't been in 13 years, sadly. I won't go on vacation without my littles;)

Thank you! Not just Key West, but all the Keys are pet friendly! I even saw dogs riding in the shopping cart at the grocery store and K-Mart in Key Largo. We dined inside and outside with Mia laying on my lap or sitting on a chair, and no one ever said a word except to ask if I would like a bowl of water for her. I've even heard of people bringing their dogs to church with them, though we did not try that. I'm sure there are health rules, though no one ever seems to enforce them, as long as your dog is being good. I wish it was like that in Maryland.

oh how nice!! We live in Miami.. almost to Homestead and goe to the keys often. I do like the keys because for the most part they are dog friendly!!!

great photos, wish every area was as pet friendly as the Keys are. Lola and I just arrived home from NY this evening, it was her 4th or 5th round trip, don't just love traveling with small dogs. BTW will you be coming to MI to pick you new puppy up??
