Introducing Bear and Bandit! 1 Attachment(s) First of all I want to say how grateful I am to have YorkieTalk. It has provided me with both comfort, following the loss of our sweet Charlie (this spring shortly after his 17th birthday; we still miss him everyday), as well as support in finding a reputable breeder when we decided to add to our family. A dear sweet lady friended me and shared both her sympathies, as well as suggestions for where to begin when looking for a breeder. Because it was so long ago when we got our first yorkie, I was a bit overwhelmed - and skeptical - as to who to trust and where to look. Once I found some breeders that appealed to me, I began to search on here to find out any more info on them (which I did). All of this has led us to our newest additions, two sweet little (brothers) boys. We were so happy to be picked to be their furever home:). So, without anything further, introducing our two new family members, Bear and Bandit. They are quite the characters. They play hard and are bundles of energy (esp. at 7 am! LOL). We had forgotten some of the antics of puppies, as it's been so long since we've had one in our home. And now, we have double the fun :aimeeyork:aimeeyork. Thanks again YorkieTalk! So happy to have found you!!! |
Aww, congratulations! Bear and Bandit are SO cute! |

Bear and Bandit are just too cute!! Enjoy every minute! I'm sorry about Charlie. |
Congrats on two precious little brothers who have stolen your heart:) Bear and Bandit are just little dolls...do they live up to their names:p |
To Bear and Bandit You are two lucky pups! Congratulations! |
Such characters! Thanks everyone for the welcome wishes! We adore our new little puppies. While we still miss our Charlie boy, it truly feels like these two were meant to be a part of our family. Bear not only resembles a little bear cub, but is like a loveable teddy bear. He likes to sleep :). Bandit tends to be a little more of an instigator and you always have to keep your eyes on him  (we've found him gnawing on our baseboard trim!). However, he's also a little sweetheart and very sensitive. (He's the one that will whimper at the door, even if you are just taking the trash out for a moment!) We really wanted to get to know them and have their names fit their personalities. So, yes, they really did "earn" their names. Thanks Sammy Mom for your sympathy. I'm now able to think about our sweet Charlie w/ smiles and not tears. We were truly blessed to have him for 17 years and he was such a good boy. Enjoy your day and stay cool  (w/ the heat wave here, the heat index is at 100 and climbing!). :aimeeyork:aimeeyork (As I write this, the boys are in one pile sleeping on top of their favorite stuffed toy. It's hard to see that there are actually two separate doggies there.) |
