Pixie June's first red carpet event ;) 4 Attachment(s) Today my daughter and Pixie participated in a little Doggy Parade/Contest to try to win a spot in a 2013 Doggy calendar. It was held at a local boutique and they both had a LOT of fun! It was really Pixie's first time out in public so she couldn't get enough of all of the people and dogs everywhere (she is fully vaccinated and has been for weeks now) I thought it would be cute to try to get my daughter and Pixie matching dresses so we went out shopping last night and ended up being pretty successful! They were SUPER cute and I think we had about 15 different people stop us and ask if they could take their picture :D My daughter's favorite part was that they had a red carpet set up that they got to have their picture taken on :) There was 47 dogs in the contest and they each got to take a turn going up on stage while the announcer introduced them and they could also do a trick. Unfortunately the announcer rushed my daughter off the stage before she could even sit down to get the treats out and have Pixie do hers. She was SO bummed! But anyways I wanted to share all of our fun pics from today! |

Wow, what fun!! Pixie and your daughter look right at home on the red carpet! They are TOO CUTE in those matching outfits..omg. That's a bummer that she didn't get to show off her tricks, she is very talented! By the way, you are such a great photographer. What camera do you have? Your pics of Pixie June always come out perfectly! They look professional! |
Now that is the cutest thing I have ever seen!! Your daughter is a natural and Pixie June looks like she is too!! What amazing pictures of them both and they are both gorgeous!! I can just see them on the cover of the calendar!! |

WOW those are some great photos, you are one lucky lady, you have the cutest daughter and the cutest yorkie puppy. I love all the shots but especially of her on the red carpet with her hand on her hip, such a little diva, and they both do look right at home up there. I think going to these pet events is great, keep looking for more because it will be such a life long memory bonding experience for you and your daughter. I think she is a future yorkie talk member in the making. Thanks for posting the pictures. |

Oh and Thank you for the photography compliment! I have a Canon 50D :) I do newborn photography as a hobby for my friends and family and take TONS of pictures of my daughter but I don't really do it professionally....maybe one day! Quote:
