Ha! Very cute to call her Porky! I call Cinnamon shortstack! I go to Alemeda East also... My Vet is Dr. Fitz, He's spaying her next Weds.

At what age did Toto start to gain weight?

I've looked for Yorkie Clubs in Denver... There are none...so, I've had to start my own... so far I'm not getting that great of a response. I think I will post some flyers at Petsmart.

hey there Cynthia & Cinnamon..... and welcome.... cinnamon is such a cutie... im Bianca and my baby is, Little Beaker Boy .... he too rides in my pocket...Beaker is 5 months and weighs 2lbs, i think cinnamon having shorther hair makes her look a lot smaller... i bet if i shaved beaker he would look way smaller too... why dose she cry all the time.... wish i lived by you so that they could be playmates but im in florida....

She cries for attention...she cries when she's in her kennel and she wants out...... she cries when she sees me get dressed because she's knows I'm leaving soon. She might be spoiled :-( but, I don't know how that happened because I ignore her when she cries...

Shortstack!! That is toooo cute! :) We loved Alameda East ... so impressive! Wish we were close enough for Toto to go regularly ... when we are home I take her to our Dr. Lucy at least once a month. I sometimes stress over her health ... don't know why, just do! :confused: Dr. Kelly Kattman saw Toto [Dr. Fitz was booked the day we went but we met him ... such a sweet and funny man!]. Dr. Kelly seemed to know her stuff ... we had all the blood work and an x-ray of her trachea and everything checked out perfect except her weight!! :(

She held her 3 lbs. until about July last year ... she was 1 yr. When we were in Lake Charles, LA, we had a wonderful trainer who came to our home and worked with her. Haven't found anyone since we have been in Colorado ... I credit the extra weight to lack of exercise. She and I have become "homebodies"! :) We are flying home today and I will bring my car up and be able to get out and about more. I found that they offer Agility training for little ones near here so we will explore that! Hopefully we will find people somewhere here that are as involved with their small pets and we all are!! Posting flyers sounds like a good idea! Let me know if you have any luck! If we were closer to Denver, we would certainly join you! ;)
