first sweater! 1 Attachment(s) i was inspired...and had some extra yarn left after making a shawl for my mom... so bunjee got his first sweater. :D anyone else know of websites with free patterns/instructions for simple to make doggie clothing? |
I don't know anything about making dog sweaters, but you did a great job! He looks so cute!! |
That is beautiful! Great job! I wish I knew how to make something ;) haha |
he is so cute...deos he like it? that is a really pretty color on him |
thanks for the compliments everyone! he's actually really not used to it. he keeps trying to chew on sweater and it's made large enough so that he was nearly successful in removing it without my help! but he did sleep with it on last night. :) next time i'll probably make it with yarn that has a little more stretch to it so that it'll fit a little more snug. |
Here is a link. You can also google free dog sweater crochet or knit. http://www.crochetnmore.com/dogsweater.htm |
Awww...that is a precious puppy pic! |
HA! HOW CUTE! Love the color! |
waistful, that's the pattern i used to crochet bunjee his first sweater. :) |
1 Attachment(s) I've been crocheting sweater too. Here are some pics. I ended up making my own patterns along the way! |

He looks so cute. I love the color, it looks great on him. He is so adorable. I wish I knew how to sew or crochet. |
You did great, he is so cute... |
Love the sweater!!!! |
He is cute in his 1st sweater! |
What a little darling he is and looks adorable in his new sweater! He can be proud of his mom!!! Here's a link that has lots of info on dog patterns...not sure if there's knitting or crochetting ones, but have a look! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...t=dog+patterns |
thanks for the link! most of those patterns are sewing patterns. so as soon as i finish my crochet projects... sewing project!!!! now i'm a bit jealous of you guys with yorkies who must love their outfits... my bunjee can't wait to take it off. he successfully removed that sweater i crochet'd for him, all by his lonesome and he was near successful with the removal of a tshirt i bought him... if he had fingers i'm sure he'd figure out how to undo the tshirt buttons! how do you guys get clothing on your yorkies without them being eager to remove it? i want him to wear something to keep him warm 'cause he's always shivering when we go outside due to the wind and cold! |
