Hi all! Meet Isis!
 

Hi everyone I'm new here at Yorkietalk.. well posting anyway, I use to use this website when I shared a Yorkie with my ex-girlfriend. I raised my last one, Osiris, from the age of 7 weeks old. I spoon fed it from the age of a baby to a year in a half when I left it with my ex(Which was the WORST idea ever because she ended up selling it instead of giving it to me..) I never liked or cared for dogs until I purchased Osiris, after that moment I became so attached to him, The smallest things he did would put the biggest smile on my face, he'd always be so full of love, as if that was his ultimate goal in life, to just love me as much as he could. I miss him so much. It's been about a year since I had to leave him...

My name is Preston, its nice to meet you all! This will be the second Yorkie I will ever have. I pick her up friday around noon. She is 7 months old so I believe its still young enough to be renamed so I am going with Isis(I love Egyptian culture and the God/Goddess names) She seems like she will be a itty bitty girl but I know she will love it here :) I am going to post two pictures of Isis(The baby picture and the one next to the coke can) and then two of my last dog I had (one with me in it and then one next to the wellness bag)

I know I don't look like the average yorkie owner, but they have captured my heart to a point where no other animal can compared to these small loving incredible animals. I couldn't be happier that someone introduced me to them. They have such positive and wonderful loving energies that rise off from them and they deserve so much love in return from what they give us every day of our lives.

Congrats on your new baby!:thumbup: I love to see when MEN discover how amazing these little ones are! You will be greatly loved by 'lil Isis! (You will probably have to fight off the women now that you have an amazing "chick magnet" tho) :D

First of all, welcome to YorkieTalk!! We love tough guys that show love for the yorkie breed :D Congratulations on your new addition. She is plenty young to be renamed. I know several dogs who were adopted as seniors who accepted new names.

You are going to love it on here! Make sure to post pictures when Isis gets home :D

I am new to the forum too Preston. Isis is just absoulutely precious. I just got a little boy for Valentines day. I named him Toby. Isis looks tiny. Did they tell you how much she weighs? I am sorry you had to leave your other one behind. I never knew I could love an animal as much as I love my Toby. They are just so loving. My Toby is 13 weeks old and he is 1lb 9oz. I wish you the best of luck with your new little girl.

I got Mimi when she was 7 months old & she bonded w/me the 1st day!:) They're so trusting & all loving. All the best to you & Isis.

That's horrible that your ex sold Osiris. She should of asked u before doing so. I knew i was not the only man who cares so much for yorkies.I do not care what others have to say about me caring so much for my baby.Isis is beautiful little girl !!!

Welcome to YT:D Isis is a doll baby! I am sorry about your first furbaby.

My husband always says he's secure in his manhood and has no problem walking a 4lb furbaby (and talking baby talk to him LOL). There is just something about Yorkies it's awesome:D

Thank you all so much for the introductions its wonderful to meet you all! I am extremely excited about getting her and friday could not come fast enough!!! They said she's currently 3 lbs right now but I do agree she does look pretty small. I will post pictures when I get her friday for you all to see :)
