Yes it is a puppy cut. I have had groomers do it, but I never liked how they did her face, so I did it myself this last time. I bought Wahl clippers at Walmart and used the longest blade for her body and used scissors on her face and legs. It really wasn't hard and saved me the $$$ She also was much happier having me do it than someone else.

Brandie and Zhoie look so cute in their summer cuts. I just had Cali cut into a puppy cut from a full coat. First time I have had a yorkie not in full coat. I like it though. The last picture is Cali in her full coat. She hated to be groomed so she should be a lot happier.

What a cutie! Much easier a requires less combing.

Cute!!!!! Can you do Kaji's hair next? I have a similar picture, and I just loved that cut! My roommate did it for me and I have been unable to duplicate it. I've taken pictures to groomers with zero luck. We settled for Kaji's new do. I'll post pics as soon as I get on my laptop.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures. I think the key to the cut is to not leave it long around the nose and mouth. Too many times groomers have left it long like a schnauzer.

Be really careful with disposable razors. When Brandy was a pup, I found her chewing the one I had left on the floor in the shower. There were teeth marks on the end with the blades. I was sooo upset. Fortunately she had no cuts. No more razors left in the shower.

The second one his face had grown out and I couldn't get his face to look like the other picture. But, that's how I like to keep his body. Short and a fluffy bunny tail. :)
