Here's Neena 2 Attachment(s) Hi all, Here is Neena girl, trying to eat lunch. I have a little bell on her collar so I can keep track of where she is and what she's up to. It's been extremely beneficial. |
We also do the bell thing...your little one is the cutest...it is much easier to keep track of them, when you have a little noise...it has made things so much safer around our house.... :animal-sm |
How sweet Neena is. Thanks for sharing the picture!! :p |
How cute! How old is Neena? |
So cute :) Tia's harness has a bell, but I haven't put it on her yet! :) |
She's got the most beautiful little face. The bell is a great[B] idea!! |
Gucci has a bell on her collar also, that way we know where she is most of the time. Your baby is the cutest. Gongrats. |
Neena's age Neenie is almost 8 years old. She was given to me about 5 months ago. She was a coworker's pet and I had befriended Neenie when Colleen her previous owner sometimes brought her to work. I always wanted a yorkie, so she decided to just give her to me. Colleen found a "sweetheart" on eharmoney and because of her lover's apartment rules was not able to take Neenie along. I feel blessed, but Neenie had a few months of serious grieving to do. She's finally getting used to my son and me. Just in the last few days she seems more spunky and happy; maybe her grieving time is over, and she is finally accepting her new home. I also have more insight into her behavior since becoming a member here, which helps me a lot. She's definitely a social dog and just happy when I am home all day. I started to take her to work with me. She is so good, never barks, whines, or bugs people for attention. She is almost invisible and stays by my side. She lays on her little "security" blanket and patiently waits for me to finish my day; she is so willing to please. She just captured our hearts. In one of the posts I mentioned that Neenie had to have most of her teeth removed because of gingivitis before I got her; that's the reason the tip of her tounge is visible most of the time. I suppose, it definitely gives her some character :( It looks cute, but it's still sad. |
Well I'm so glad that you were able to give Neenie a loving home when her original owner was no longer able to. Glad to hear that she adjusting well to you and your son! :animal-sm |
What a little sweetheart!! How lucky for Neena to have you and your son [what age is he?]!! It's heartbreaking to see these sweet little angels, for whatever reason, without comfort, warmth and love in their declining years! It's so wonderful when they find someone, such as you and your son, who still see them as the precious little companions that they are! God bless you for loving little Neena!! |
Neena is a cutie pie thanks for sharing. |
Neena looks like a doll. She is so lucky to have you all to spend her golden years with. I bet she is a joy..............Cindy |
