I wanted to share our Beautiful girl with everyone. We rescued Annie 2 years ago. So we celebrate her Birthday on July 5th because that is the day she came into our lives. Our Annie is a rescue from a puppy mill. I cannot even begin to tell you the JOY this little girl has brought into our lives. There have been many trials and errors, but every bit of it is worth it. Our little girl was even afraid to be happy. If she started to show happiness she would go and hide. It was the most heart breaking thing I had ever seen. I really just am so proud of her and wanted to share with all of you. I know I do not post much, but I have learned so much reading on this Forum for many years.
Thank you from Bucky, Annie, Willy, Izzy and Myself.
The 1st picture is when we got Annie July 5th two years ago
The second picture was July 5,2010 | Wow! What a great story with a wonderful ending! Annie is a gorgeous little girl! We got our Yorkie from a shelter also. Her name is October. We've had her for 8 months this month. She is 6 years old. She sounds so much like the things you said about Annie. She was so frightened of everything. She was in terrible shape. Her belly had been cut open to take her babies and she wasn't even sewn back together. She also has a tattoo in her left ear, #31. Thats all she was was a number. So sad.
Our October has brought us so much happiness also, just like your Annie! There is something SO special about a Yorkie, and something so special about the Yorkies who are adopted from shelters. Congrats on your cutie! |
