Hi everyone
i thought i'd take some pictures with Crunchy, i actually don't have many with me and him together.
today i had to go and take my GRADUATION pictures so i figured since i was already made up why not take some with my baby. lol its not very often you catch me in anything but a TEXAS tshirt ...why bother when you have to walk all over campus for class. goshhh come to think about i cant believe my four yrs of college have come and went!! im so excited :D
anyway, onto the reason i posted...

(haha i look kinda crazy on that last one with a ridiculous smile)

Great pic's Crunchy is a cutie and looks so happy to take a pic with mom. Congrats on graduating from UT. Are you a football fan I saw where they haven't lost a game yet.

Hi Adriana,
I have noticed your little guy's name, Crunchy - I love it, it is sooo cute. And I also love your username - twenty years later - but I hadn't noticed that you are in Austin. So am I!!!! How old is Crunchy? Rowdy was 8 months old last Friday.

Oh and GO HORNS - BEAT Okie State!!!!!

I never noticed either. Crunchy will be 4 mths on Nov 3. awww it would be nice to have our boys meet.
I've seen that sweater, its so cute!! Rowdy looks adorable in it :) i really need to get one for Crunch so he can show his school spirit too! it was especially chilly today

Yes, it really WAS cold today, wasn't it (shhhhhh, don't tell any of our northern YTers that we thought it was cold today - they will laugh at us!).

We should get the boys together, I bet they would have a ball. You can get the UT sweater at Cracker Barrel in Round Rock - they have extra small sizes.

haha i know they probably think "pshhh 56 degrees is a warm day for us!"

i'd love that ...Crunchy would especially love that. he has yet to play with another Yorkie, or other small dogs for that matter LOL the Chi at the park was too scared to play with him and all the other dogs were too big, but that didnt stop him!

I know what you mean - Rowdy has never played with any other little dogs either - we have 2 old grumpy ones here and they just look at Rowdy and roll their eyes when he tries to play with them. His favorite playmate is my daughter's cat!!! :eek: What park did you go to? Are there any dog parks with fences in Austin????? :confused:

lol poor Rowdy, thats so cute
im not sure the name but its off of Riverside along the lake downtown. sorry no fences ...yeah i was kind of afraid at first b/c all the big dogs were playing on the grassy area there. its mostly for joggers along the lake.
i usually just try and take him to campus every once n awhile to play ...but he wishes id ease up and let him off his leash

Yes, I know the park you are talking about - can't remember the name either! Well darn, I was hoping that you would tell me about the dog park with fences. :( Campus would be a great place to take him :) because you could get to an interior grassy area away from the possibilty of streets and cars. That's my greatest fear that I will have Rowdy off leash somewhere and he will see a kid, other dog, squirrel, etc etc somewhere and he will run off toward it and run into the street. We have not been to training classes yet so he is not very good with stop and come, although we do work on it at home.

actually i've never heard of one with fences. yeah he loves playing on that big grassy lawn right in front of the tower but he usually runs off to the sidewalk when ever he sees a guy he wants to play with. lol So i take it its a 'Yorkie thing' to run off as soon as the leash comes off ...here i though it was just my Crunchy that was so bad and doesnt like to listen to mommy!

But you know an even better spot to let em play, right there by that same lawn ...are the 2 little lawns infront of the tower where the flag poles are because they're surrounded by bushes, just as good as a fence
