Guinness in S. Carolina 1 Attachment(s) My best friend in the world is now the mommy of Guinness McLovin' Guinness is my first Yorkie ever and since having him, I've learned so much! I love Guinness with all my heart. We have elderly cats and Guinness is such high energy he just loved to chase them. Well, one passed away and the one remaining is not as keen on the jumping and rough play. I talked to my friend Shea about it at length because I could not ever just give Guinness to someone. I would NEVER want to adopt him out or just trust anyone with him. She has a mini pincher who was getting on up there but lots of life still in him and she's really good with training where I am not! She really wanted to see how he'd do at her home and so he's living there and well, Guinness and Rigger are the best of buddies! They are two peas in a pod for sure and I wanted to share this photo. I would never have caught him and Zoe doing this, they were always fussing at each other. |
Guinness looks very happy. I'm glad you could find him such a loving and happy home. Does your friend live in the same city as you? If so, you can remain a part of his life and see him. I have an outside cat that adopted us about 10 years ago and at that time she was already a grown cat. I've had Betty Boop for about 9 months now. Betty Boop and "Ramona" play like 2 dogs OR 2 cats....I'm not sure which one!!:) I know, at times, Betty Boop can really pester Ramona, but so far, Ramona can take care of herself. The picture of Guinness and the mini pinscher is absolutely one of the cutest pictures I've ever seen. Look at their tongues! Cute!! What a cute tongue picture for a Yorkie "tongue" contest!! |
What a great picture, they look like they have been best friends forever. :) |
Unfortunately he traveled quite far, but I'm still working on her to move to Texas. She lives in S. Carolina and is a single mom of three kids. Her dad travels between there and California regularly and picked up Guinness on one of his trips, he kept him for a week with his Yorkie, Jezzie, until he could get an idea of his temperament and see if he'd adapt well before we got her kids excited. He did so well at acting like a gentleman that it impressed her dad. Jezzie is a handful and used to getting her way, Guinness showed her otherwise LOL He's doing fantastic and whenever I feel bad I will look at that picture and know he's okay and I will see him very soon :) |
what a cute photo this is !They are best buddies....:D |
He looks like he is thoroughly enjoying his new playmate :) |
