Actually, you WILL be judging! The winner will be determined by a poll. Well, two or three polls actually as we narrow down the finalassts.

Yass, I mean yes. I'm kicking a couple ideas around. Since polls allow a maximum of 10 choices, last time I grouped entries at random and had everyone vote on their favorite group or groups. That narrowed the field down to where the top 2 groups were able to go head-to-head, or butt-to-butt as the case may be.

Another option would be to have 6 or 7 "heats" of 10 individual dogs. Each heat winner would advance to the finals. But that's a LOT of polls! I think I'd lose people.

Ooh, I just had another idea. I might be able to do the poll off-site somewhere that allows 60 choices. Hmmm... People could go to YT, click on a poll link and vote elsewhere.

Why not do an email or PMs? Have people vote for their fav. 10 .. then tally those? Then, you would have one poll.

Hmm, that's not a bad idea. I looked at an online poll, and it limited my choices to 20. Plus it required everyone to log in so you could avoid people voting multiple times. That's a pain.

The only problem I see with having people PM me the vote is that it takes the anonymous part out of it. Some people might prefer keeping their votes private.

This is a fun thing. I cannot imagine someone feeling funny about the voting. Not like you would be blabbing all over anyway?

No, I asked last time, and they didn't think it was a good idea to make exceptions. It wreaks havoc with the home page where polls show up if it has to display 60 choices

LOL, another good idea. Or maybe I can have them vote on what type of poll they prefer.

This reminds me of an old F Troop episode where the captain bought a map to show him how to fold maps. He couldn't follow the instructions after he started folding it. :p
