Momo got a cool haircut

He has very thick cottony hair, gets easily tangled & makes him hot. I finally gave in & gave him a haircut. Wish I took a before pic of him to show how puffy he was before.

1. Before pic taken last month...so imagine him puffier.:p

Momo seems happier after his cut. Now we just have to grow out his bangs to make a topknot.:woof:

How do you keep his top knot hair smoothed back out of his face like that?? I want to be able to do that with Murphy's hair.

lol...I had to put some water & top knot Pet Silk gel on it to smooth it out. We're in the process of growing it out, so it covers his eyes & it's all over the place.

Hair Cut
 
I just took my little Reese to the groomer for his second hair cut. It did not happen. Less than 1/2 hour after drop of, they called and said he was not acting right.The groomer was trying to cut around his sacks!! The groomer told me that because he has never been with a female, that he is sacks were very full. She did mention that he may need a pill befor he get's a hair cut, to make him a little more relaxed. Not really sure if I want to go take him through all that.:animal36

Hmmm, so strange why the groomer would say such a thing!:confused: LOL! I think you should look for another groomer. An experienced one can handle any difficult dog/puppy. Pills would be a last resort & is usu administered at the vet hospital. Good luck to you & sweet Reese!

Attachment 284352I spend more time cuddling Momo now than brushing him. He hated brushing too & w/his thick, cottony, tangles easily fur...brushing time was not fun for him. Now, I just brush his face, legs & tail...keekee, then I'm done!
Attachment 284353I cut his beard a little...kinda uneven, but I'll trim it neater after his bath in a couple of days. I love this cut on him! His hair on his head is starting to grow...hopefully soon, topknots.
