Who hasn't had Yodi yet? Since Vicki is MIA I have been arranging to send Yodi back to her but if we can squeeze in another visit - that would be cool. Twalla???? What do you think? |
I haven't had her yet! There's not much for her to do around here in the winter though - she'll be sitting on a pile of snow until the Spring! :D |

I am so glad Yodi is continuing her journey! I will send her out asap. however right now she is in Illinois and I am in Florida! So I will be sending her out next week. I'm not saying where but I have the address! |

Yodi + Marshall = love? 1 Attachment(s) Yodi is a bit tired from her trip! Wisconsin isn't very far from Illinois, but she was still on the road for a few days. Right now she is taking a little nap. I'm so glad Yodi got there safe and sound! I wonder what goes through our little dogs' heads sniffing that box. Lord only knows how many doggy smells are on it by now.:p Have fun Yodi! Just think you get to go to school with NO HOMEWORK! |

3 Attachment(s) Sorry for the delay! Yodi was completely exhausted after her long day of classes. She even took her first college midterm today! :eek: Most of you will not be surprised to find out how smart Yodi truly is! (We all know that yorkies are the smartest breed. :D) We arrived at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside at around 10:30 AM. We did not have class until 11, but it always takes a very long time to find a parking spot..:rolleyes: Before going inside, I snapped a couple of photos of the school. Attachment 312217 Attachment 312218 Attachment 312219 Yodi was so nervous about her first day of college that she hid in my backpack for most of the day. She did not want to disappoint her devout followers by getting any bad grades. |
2 Attachment(s) From 11 to 12, we had an Intro to Criminal Justice class. Yodi found the class very interesting. I think it is safe to say that Yodi won't be breaking the law anytime soon. :) At 12, we had lunch. Yodi was starving, but the Brickstone Grill & Eatery (our cafeteria) didn't offer ANY dog food! 4 Attachment(s) After we were done eating, we both headed to the library to begin cramming for our Microeconomics midterm at 1. Yodi really enjoyed hanging out in the library. She is becoming quite the little bookworm. :p Attachment 312224 Eventually, she found a cubicle to start studying in. Yodi was starting to get overwhelmed by all of the material she had to study, but I knew she would do just fine. :) Attachment 312225 Time passed, and it got closer and closer to 1 o' clock. We left the library, climbed the stairs, and walked down the hallway until we reached the dreaded Economics room. We sat down and the professor immediately administered the midterms. Attachment 312226 Yodi flew through the test with confidence, knowing she would receive a very high grade. When she was complete, Yodi walked up to the professor's desk with her test. He graded it immediately, and guess what!? She got an A+! :D Attachment 312227 This is one test that deserves to be posted on the fridge. :) |
4 Attachment(s) After completing our midterms, Yodi and I went to our next class from 2 to 3:15, Jazz Appreciation. Yodi loved listening to all of the music.. :note: From 3:30 to 5, we had our last class of the day, which is Sociology. (finally!) Yodi was getting very tired, and she actually fell asleep for the beginning of the class. :dogzzz: (Which is okay, because most of the students sleep through that class anyway. :p) Attachment 312230 What?! Doesn't everyone keep a spare snuggle sak in their backpacks at all times? :) After her nap, she woke up and realized she really had to go potty! I told her to sneak out of the classroom by herself and go outside very quickly. She made it just in time! WHEW! :D Attachment 312228 Before heading back inside, Yodi spotted a squirrel! Uh oh, we all know how our yorkies love squirrels! She took off after him, and after an exhausting chase, he ran up a tree. Yodi looked around and realized she was lost! She couldn't remember how to get back to the classroom. Luckily, she found a map and got back to me just fine! Attachment 312229 After school was finally over, we got in the car and headed back to the house. She couldn't to get out of there! :p Attachment 312231 |
Awesome. I'm so glad Yodi is getting a chance at higher education. That will really help her in this tough job market. |

Wow! Not only is Yodi going to be well-travelled but educated as well! Great photos! Don't let her eat too much cheese - we don't want her to get an upset tummy. By the way, what is Yodi's major? I had kind of hoped she would lean toward medical librarianship! |
