My first tattoo... 1 Attachment(s) Just wanted to share this with my YT family, since ya'll have probably figured out I am dog crazy already!!! My first tattoo, it is Wookies:aimeeyork paw print! I put his little foot on an ink pad and got several prints on paper and they did my tattoo from those! The artist asked me if it was my cat's paws!!!! He also asked me if I was sure that is where I wanted it for my first tattoo, cause it would hurt.....AND IT DID!!! But thankfully it only lasted about 20 mins!!! And now I have a little piece of my baby with me forever!!!!:animal-pa |
thats a lovely idea, and it looks good too. i wish i was brave enough to have a tattoo! |
How clever! I see so many tattoos down here in Florida. I always think, do these people really know what there putting on their bodies for the rest of their lives? Your babies paw print is a wonderful idea. Someone clearly thinking of a tattoo of meaning.:animal-pa |
very cute. I wish I was brave enough to get one:) |
Awesome!...Very cool idea....and it looks great.... |

Very cute. But be careful , tattoo's are like potato chips after one you tend to want more....atleast I did :D |
Nice Idea I love the idea. I have 8!!! (not as bad as it sounds...they're all pretty small ) The ones on your ankle can hurt. They are addicting also,so behave. Good for you. ENJOY IT!!!:p |
That is really cute! I've never had a tattoo and now am too old to start doing that without looking quite ridiculous, but I can appreciate most of them on others. ;) |

Looks cool! I, like many others, am too chicken to get a tattoo! Too permanent for me as well. I'd get another piercing though, in honour of my baby boy! |
It really is cute and looks good. I agree with the person that said that tatoos are like potato chips. You can't just get one. LOL |

You are right! I have wanted a tattoo for a long time, but never could quite decided what I wanted. I changed my mind so many times that I decided those must not be the ones for me. But once I got Wookie, I got this idea and it stayed with me. I know this is one I will never regret having. It means too much!:animal36 |

Cute Tattoo! |
that is such a wonderful idea! and it looks terrific. |
Thanks for all the great comments on my tattoo! I have showed it to people who have looked at me like I had 3 heads or something. Obviously not people who have a furbaby!!!! Ok, for those of you who said you have many tattoos, I have a dilema that I am pondering. (This is not about Yorkies, so I apologize, I just wanted opinions since we were talking tats already) I am thinking about my next tattoo. I have lost both my grandparents in the past couple years, both were very dear to me. My grandpa was a rock collector, was soooo into it. We would take rock hunting trips all the time, and he would make clocks, tables, lamps, just everything from rocks. He knew all about them. My grandmothers name was Lilly. So my idea is to get a rock with a lilly growing out of it. Now I want it by a good artist that can do something really cool with that. And my sister said if I get it, she would to. The problem is that both my grandparents HATED tattoos. Totally against them (they were very religious and it just went against their upbringing). So do you think that its a bad idea? My sister says its ok because it is something I am doing for me, not them. But it is a tribute to them in a way. Just wondering what you guys think about it..... |
Hon, You're sweet to take all of those feelings into consideration, but this is for you. I agree with your sister, what a neat idea. The rock an lily thing is a cool idea. My tattoo artist is just that ...an artist. She drew all mine freehand. I would try to find someone to draw it. When my pops died,my cousin did a tat in his memory. R.i.p. pops and his passing date . She incorporated flowers and a cross and it's just her style. Some people in our family were turned off by it. Too bad. not there thing, that's fine. Tattoo's are forever, and usually reflect things people like and want to remember forever...What a better way to do so. Go for it girl!!! Love to see it !!!! Ask if anyone can draw something for you...even on this site there are alot of talented people that draw and paint. ;) |
