Even if all i am doing is going down the driveway to get the mail...when i get back this is a typical greeting for me! Arent i lucky? All but one is here today and they are usually all there! :D They are so devoted!!

Actually, i was only outside taking pictures of the beautiful colors of fall and my new birdhouse, so i happened to have the camera ready for the faces at the door!!

Here's my welcoming committee, although here they are snuggled up on the couch. It is funny how I might only go out for a second but when I come back they act as if I have been gone a week. Ahhh, unconditional love. :animal-pa Don't ya just love it!

Your committee sure is cute! :D

I forgot to say: I LOVE your new birdhouse!

It is my favorite time of the year! We lived in Cali for 22 years and just came back East in March of 05....i always missed the color change! I think being away from it for so long is what makes me appreciate it now more than ever!:D

Yes, my Bella is my welcoming committe, though she's wiggling and jumping up and down so much when I get back, there's no way I could get a picture of her "welcoming" me home---it would definitely be blurry! I think she hears me long before I ever touch the door because she's always there when I open it wiggling away ready for all her "welcome home" kisses the instant the door is open!

And yes, it IS funny how I can literally be gone for 10 sec. (walk out and walk back in, or get out of the car and be right back in just a few seconds where she can SEE me the WHOLE time!!), and she is just as excited to see me as if I had been gone all day without fail! My bf thinks it's crazy....:rolleyes:

Beautiful pictures and I love the birdhouse. Adorable furbabies too.

Bailey always sits and watches me through the patio doors while I'm outside. :) Love it!

Thanks for the nice comment on my return. My life/health has been a bit upside down lately but we are trying hard to keep it on the right track!
