Thanks Tammy for starting the thread!! Yes I do have a story to tell about the day!! So at 2am on Saturday I got a call that my sister was in labor, so I spent 13-14 hours at the hospital until my new nephew was born, but I had to hightail it out of there to catch the last hour or two of our meetup. I was devistated to have to miss it but so happy I didn't miss my nephew being born. It took so long because he weighed in at 10lbs 12oz, so my sister had to have a c-section done to get him out. Lucky me I have a wonderful Husband Billy that took care of everything for me, He did all the grilling and set everything up. I have a keeper for sure, but of course I knew that already, i've known since I was 17. I'm so glad everyone enjoyed themselves and it was a great pleasure to meet everyone. Everyone was so nice, and totally understood me being absent in the begining. I was so tired once I got there, as soon as it was over and we left I went home and called to check on my sister and nephew then layed down on the couch and didn't wake up for 15 hours!!

I want to Thank everyone for coming, it was a beautiful day and I just loved seeing all those yorkies!! They were sooo cute, we had a huge variety of yorkies!! I wish I had some pictures to contribute :( so thank you all that was able to take pictures, I'm really enjoying looking at them all. Bandit enjoyed himself, as soon as things settled down he was ready for bed. As soon as we got in the car he went right to sleep, only bad thing is I had to get him up after a 2 mile drive home to go inside but he got to go right back to sleep. I'm glad everyone enjoyed their gifts, the little treats we put in there are Bandit's favorite!! We have to keep a good stock of them in the house.

Now all we need is a picture of little Zoey in her new bed since she wasn't able to come!! The poor baby was a little sick but I made sure she had a gift since she wasn't able to make it, I hope she is doing ok. I'm sure everyone would love to see where the bed and card went to.

Oh I also wanted to post that someone left a blue chair at the shelter. If it's yours let me know and I'll hold onto it for you.

This is a pic of my niece Ashley with her found dog Zoey (ZoeZoe);)she calls her! This was taken Friday right before the meetup. They were going to attend, but Zoey was not feeling tip top yet! Ashley and Zoey loved the bed!! We will have to get a pic of them with Zoey in it! It was just adorable and so nice of you to do Ashley! Thanks everybody for posting their pics! Theresa, that was sooo cute and funny how Wrigley was jumping.....BOINGGGG!!!!!!!!!!! I almost forgot about that until you had written how that made him so sleepy:D....I bet it did!!! I think from the sounds of it, all the pups enjoyed it as well as the adults!!!

I'm glad that Zoey is doing better, she sure has a pretty new bed!
I actually forgot that Wrigley bounced liked that, she hasn't done that in so long! When we used to keep her in a playpen as a puppy we used to say that we should have named her Tigger!
I think a good time was had by all!

I still can't get over what a big boy Lucas is, thank goodness for c-sections!
You knew that had to happen after you mentioned it earlier in the week that you hoped she didn't go into labor that day! That sealed the deal!
That is such a nice park and Billy did an awesome job!
We will have to get together again soon!

I will keep mentioning the Reindog parade in Mt. Adams. It's December 13th and I think it would be so much fun to have our own group of Yorkies marching in it! How cute would we all be!

Ashley - Thank you so much for setting this all up for us and to your hubby, Billy for playing host while you were away. And of course, congratulations on your new nephew, Lucas! He is such a doll baby. It makes me realize that my little one is due in about two months time. Hopefully he won't be such a big baby, but either way, as long as he's healthy, hubby and I will be happy. :D

lol. Just tell him that the little boy will end up sitting up just like his mommy and see what hubby says then. Just kidding. I don't think the little boy will end up doing it, but I have noticed both of the little girls trying it. They topple over rather quickly, but I think they'll figure out how to balance in time. :)
