He's 8 months old, he's coat is so soft and silky and I am surprised that there are no green monsters yet.

Milo has made it clear that he is the boss (Milo stomps a foot and looks Remi square in the eye-- like a little officer, lol) and Remi should pay attention and Remi is fine with that.:rolleyes:

So Remi is still shy about me wanting to reach and grab him to put on a leash or pick him up and that was stressful for both of us.

But while we were out earlier it hit me---- leave a leash on him and you can just grab the leash!

So he has a very thin long leash attached and it actually has made him even more calm in the house.

Of course when the chase is on with Milo--- it's not slowing him down none.;):p

Bitter/Sweet....

I hated letting Remi go but I could'nt ask for a better forever home then Dawn and Milo.
Dawn is making the transition for Remi so easy and also easy for me. I am so happy to have had YT to post my add for Remi, knowing how loving and compassionate everyone here is about their furbabies. I knew the right person would come along and she did. I feel Remi and I were so blessed to have found Dawn and her family. Love you Dawn and Milo for loving Remi.

It just keeps getting better.

Milo still sleeps up between DH and I and Remi sleeps down against my legs as Pam said he would.

This AM after the alarm went off, Remi came up and gave me kisses! Then he went over and gave DH a sniff. Big progress there as DH hasn't been around enough to bond yet.

Then the wrestling resumed and I was battered from the fall out.:p

Remi has become my second shadow and puts all his trust in me. Last night while making dinner and all the other peeps of the house were around that he hasn't gotten to know were home he stayed glued to my legs.

Milo is quite perplexed by that. Just sits and looks at him and then me, as if to say, "What the heck, why isn't he still playing mom?":confused:

He is following Milo's every lead, good and bad---lol, Milo has showed him how much fun it is to steal from the cardboard/paper recycling bin and make me a big mess to clean up.:rolleyes:

Oh Dawn, I am sooooo happy things are going well.:D In the morning Remi will always give you kisses (thats when he is most loving).

He will constantly be your shadow now, even if he is exhausted he will get up when you do.

OMG, yes!

Last night, both he and Milo were wiped and passed out on the couch next to me. I got up and Milo stayed put but Remi insisted on following me, he was so tired he looked like he was drunk!:p

I saw this thread before, but I just saw this post. That is SO sweet and I'm sure that Pam feels better knowing that Remi is in such a great home. :)

How wonderful that things sometimes work out so well.

Just wait for all the of romping and ruffhousing! Around here it's like clockwork~every night at 9 pm--let the nut house begin!:rolleyes:

You mean like right now on the couch next to me?

This is the best thing that has ever happened to Milo---- he is in wrestling heaven.

The only time it stops for any length of time is between lights out and the AM alarm.:rolleyes:

It's hard to take pics because they are always moving.

This morning I looked down from the table where I was working and they were playing tug of war with my DS's sock.

I was so glad the camera was right next to me but I didn't even get a chance to snap before they were rolling into the other room playing chase instead.

It sounds like they are having a great time! I know what you mean about the camera. Everytime I see Lulu in the cutest pose, by the time I get the camera she has moved.

Oh my gosh------it took all of seven days, but as I type this, I have Milo and Remy sleeping/curled around each other beside me!:cool:

They have been playing, non-stop, but this is the first pooch pile sleep fest.

YAY:p
