We brought our little girl home on Tuesday, and we've all been getting used to each other for the last few days. She's our little shadow, following us wherever we go. We're making progress in the housebreaking, which has been the most stressful thing.

Here are a few pictures from her first full day with us--she's 12 1/2 weeks old and 2.4 lbs

So precious! She has the sweetest face.

Hang in there with the potty training. Mine is about 4 months now, and the first couple weeks were exhausting & exasperating. Just be consistent and she'll get it! I'm litter box training Oscar, and after a month of training I'd estimate that he voluntarily and independantly goes in his box about 80% of the time. I hope that within another month or two he will have it down pat.

Ella is beautiful! You have to be patient with these babies when it comes to potty training...it takes a little bit sometimes.

what toy is that ella has?? with the squirel? i've seen several people have that and i'll buy anything to try to occupy ted..lol

Her name fits her perfectly. She's going to be on the larger side, though, isn't she? She's a cute little pup. :)

She absolutely the cutest! She looks tiny to me...and who cares what size she ends up being anyway? Just love her for being her. ;)

It's a Hide-A-Squirrel we got at a local pet store. They sell them at Petco, but our's only had the large (this one is the small, which is much better for her)

According to the puppy growth chart on YT, she'll probably be around 4.5 pounds, which is breed-standard and perfect for us.
