I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this on here or not. If not, then Admin feel free to give me a slap on the wrist and delete this post. I do not want to break any rules.

I was wondering if anybody could help me to find a male Yorkie puppy somewhere near my area that I could maybe look at? I really want to get a puppy and I've been looking with no success for a good breeder near me. I'd like it to be less than an hour's drive which I know is pushing it. I'm not even sure there are any good breeders near me. I'd appreciate any and all help. Thanks guys.

I have a male puppy but, I live east of Atlanta. Not sure how far that is for you to drive.

Hey....have you tried looking in the yorkie wanted section...or post in breeder talk someone may be able to help you...Good Luck!!

As you may know, I make trips to Charleston A LOT b/c my family lives there. So if you or I could find a cute puppy up here (and I know a lot of breeders) - I could bring him to Charleston and you could meet me there.

I'm definitely game. Gosh that would let me puppysit for a few days and it would make my whole month! LOL.

Let me know if that sounds like something you'd want to try. :D

Aw Val! That'd be awesome! I'm still trying to convince hubby. He keeps throwing the whole money issue and the rule that the Marine Corps wont let us have more than 2 dogs thing at me. lol >.< I'm trying girls though, I'm trying.

Oh girl, I know how it is. We're getting another too, but not right away. We hope to move to Charleston as soon as we can find the right jobs....so we want to get a female yorkie for Sully to play with after we're settled in our new place. So we're thinking it might be 9 months from now or so. I've convinced him.....but he won't give in until our agreed "terms" after our move (but I would love having a puppy NOW lol.

I can give you the # of the breeder we got Sully from, and also my best friend's aunt here in town breeds yorkies. Are you looking for specifics when puppy shopping?

I'm looking for a bigger male. I want him to be at *least* 8 lbs. I think I might've found a prospective puppy. It's hubby convincing time. Any tips???????

Hey Angie, Bo just invited Paprika to pals on Dogster!! I don't really have any advice on convincing the hubby. But I'm gonna have to figure something out cause I got the itch too, lol!

I love Bo, he's such a cutie. I don't have many pup pals at all. :) Glad to have the floppys stick together. Hehe!

Did you try breeders.net? I f yiu go there and click on Yokrishire terrier snd then put in your zip code you will get a lst. Please be careful thosuhg because there are good and bad there and you have ask the right questions to make sur eyou get a reputable breeder. Good luck

puppyfind.com and narrow search to your state. good luck and be careful. the site says the breeders are ok but its like ebay you can never assume. i bought my boy off that site and am very glad i did. but i do think i was lucky to find the breeder i did. also to use them directly try heavenlypuppies.com there name is robert and teresa person. hope this helped.
