Sooo cute! My yorkie is just starting to get hair long enough to put up. I was wondering...what type of rubberbands do you use? Does it matter? I just don't want anything that's going to irritate or pull on her hair.
Sorry, I'm new to this whole yorkie thing...but thanks to you guys I'm learning quickly! :D | I use regular rubber bands but that's just me. I can buy 1000 for $2 at my beauty supply store so I use them. But many other perfer to use the bands that are made for dogs (Look at PetEdge: Grooming Bands) I don't think it matters but the ones that are made for dogs are firmer and grip better.
You should put some on her and keep them on for minutes at a time so she can get use to things being in her hair, that way, when the hair grows, she won't try to pull them out. Good Luck! ;) |
