Little Mia turned 4 months old yesterday and loves her daddy so much!! So much that whenever we are sitting together at home on the couch, she's on him. On his lap, legs, chest, HEAD! I even grab her when she's half alseep and try to get her to sit and fall asleep on my lap but she'll get up and go right back to him!!! I'm starting to feel a bit of jealousy.... its so silly!

Of course, she loves her mommy too but I'm the one that brushes her, washes her, disciplines her, runs that VERY scary vacuum, etc.

This happen to anyone else? (HORRIBLE PIC OF THE BF! He'd be mad if he knew i posted this!)

Lucy is the same way with my BF (her daddy too) in fact even my mom's dogs prefer to sit on his lap. I think it's because he sits with his legs together but spread out and I sit indian style, I guess it's just not as comfortable.

But i feel the same way, I'm the one who feeds, bathes, plays and takes Lucy outside most of the time. But I guess i'm also the one that takes her to the vet, puts her in her crate at night and in the morning and perhaps that makes her like him more. Since he's like the fun one. I don't know.

when I first got Jasmine my husband wanted nothing to do with her (this is a manly mans house, we weren't married yet, since then its ALL changed!!! lol) within 1 day, she has been his baby ever since, she does EVERYTHING with him would rather be with him anything you name it, she on him like there's no tomorrow. I've heard that when you have a female dog it will go to the male human and when you have a male dog it will go to the female human. Please correct me if I'm wrong!!!! But that's just what I've read! In our house it's very true!:D She still loves me though, when she doesn't feel well, that's when she wants her mommy, or if daddy diciplines her then she will come to me ! lol

aw, that's what my hubby wants, a girl.. he is jealous of Louis and I because Louis is like my shadow :rolleyes: ; but I've seen them cuddle and fall asleep together. I've seen Louis kiss him until his tongue is numb, I've see the looks of love they give eachother when daddy comes home. My hubby just wants another one ;)

He's definitely a manly man as well...............but believe it or not, it was his idea to add a yorkie to our home! He LOVES her to pieces! Its hilarious sometimes. I even told him that i was going to record the way he talks to her so he can hear himself. Its cute though..... She's our little baby and our parents both say we're just practicing for their future grandchildren!

Banjo loves my BF, too! I think it is a guy thing!!!
But if he is sick- or got poop stuck to his bottom- he wants his Moma!! He likes to play and sit by BF but he wants Moma right there,too!! I just might go to the kitchen- and open the frig with out him= OMG

Ramsey was supposed to be mine, she decided she'd much prefer to be a daddy's girl. So I got Reese! He's all momma's boy.

SO TRUE... MY HUBBY IS A <<MAN>> IN ALL SENSE OF THE WORD. AND HE ONLY LIKED BIG DOGS. YOU KNOW THE MANLY DOGS. Lily is the same way, some times it makes me sad that she loves him so much and I spend all the time and money taking care of her and yet she prefers him :(

I swear, these little dogs can turn any man into a softy.

A 6'4' foot man dressed in a state correctional officer get-up walked in my office this week looking for another office, and here comes Mia from around the corner excited, and barking to see who this new voice was in the office. He got down on his knees and just loved her! She kills with her cuteness, as i like to say!

I have two little boys, Zeus seems to love us both equally, when we're in bed he likes to be touching both of us. 1 of us gets his back, 1 of us gets his feet. Augie hasn't made up his mind. But when we both are on the couch, Zeus prefers my lap, under the blankets, and Augie prefers my lap, on top of the blankets.

So I guess I have 2 mama's boys, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Both of my girls prefer Daddy:( They'll cuddle with me if he's not home, but if he's here, I don't exist:rolleyes:

Elvis is definitely a momma's boy. DH has really fallen for him, but when momma's not around, daddy will have to do. But as soon as momma enters the room, it's all wiggles and wags and fidgeting to get to momma...I LOVE it!
