OMG...Alyssa and Emily Kate just got a new sister...
 

We are so excited. On Wednesday of last week we got a new little yorkie girl. She came on a plane from Charlotte and flew to Memphis. Then she got off the plane and switched planes. She then flew to Chattanooga. Her plane was late arriving and then we had to wait for her to come into the cargo area. The wait was well worth it. I was so excited I could hardly wait. Soon she was there and in my arms at last.

Let me introduce my precious little girl Lucy. She is beautiful and adapts so well to new situations. She weighs 3 pounds and 5 ounces. My Emmy has decided that she is her baby. She loves Lucy. She licks her ears and her eyes and they kiss each others face. Alyssa on the other hand is jealous of Lucy. She tries to ignore her. Emmy and Lucy have become best friends and love to play together. I am hoping that Alyssa will see how much fun Lucy is and will come around. It took her 3 months to welcome Emmy.

Lucy sleeps in her crate all night. She is learning to potty outside. The next step will be to have her spayed. I am not looking forward to that. We will make an appointment next week so that should be happening soon. I do want to thank her "old mom" for trusting her little baby girl to my care. I plan to be the best mommy possible to the best little girl. I will post some pictures of her later tonight and will continue to post pictures so her "old mommy" can watch our little girl as she grows up.

That's so exciting. Congratulations on your new baby girl. I'm sure your babies will all get along great!! Can't wait to see pictures.

Lucy is 10 months old. Her bday is May 2 . She weighs 3.5 Lbs.

Congratulations on getting little Lucy! Glad to hear Emmy is taking care of Lucy. I hope it doesn't take 3 months for Alyssa to welcome Lucy. Maybe she will see how much fun Emmy and Lucy are having and will have to join in on the fun.:)

There is little Lucy Lu! I love her!! So glad you finally got her!!
Emmy will mother her and they will be BFF!! Alyssa will come around just like she did with Emmy.

For those of you who don't know, Lucy is my new little girl that I got from Rhonda (Buddy-licious). You can read about her difficulties with her brother Buddy. This all lead up to her coming to live with me. Lucy is the most precious and beautiful little girl. She is full of personality and for her each day is a new opportunity for play. She appreciates new clothes and new toys in a way that I am not used to. She is so loving and thankful for everything she has. Although I have only had her a week she is adjusting super well. She is learning the routine and is insisting on a treat each time she pees outside. She is doing great with her potty training. She is still a little picky when it comes to food. She loves cheese and will eat her food heated in the microwave for l5 seconds when mixed with cheese. This morning I was out of cheese so she was not going to eat. Guess mommy gets more cheese. LOL Lucy is a big time lap dog. She would sit in my lap and sleep or watch what I do 24/7. As a result of holding her...I am getting very little done. Lucy is spoiled rotten! She was spoiled already when she came to me. Rhonda, I am taking really good care of our little girl. I know how difficult it was to decide to let her go. She is beautiful. I LOVE LUCY!!

Congratulations Belinda! She is a doll!! It sounds like she is doing great at her new home and enjoying being pampered. Her birthday is right around Roxys so I guess well be celebrating about the same time :D Very cute pictures, Ive been waiting to see them. Thanks for posting them.
