Little Man's New Bed

Little Man got his first real bed yesterday. He didn't really want anything to do with it. I'd put him in it and he would look at me and then jump out of out it..lol...I did have to bribe him with a treat to get in it on his own...lol...he didn't stay in the bed long though, got the treat and got out...lol He did sleep in it last night but daddy was right next to him in his chair asleep too...lol

That's so cute! I'd get one for Scooter, but it seems he likes sleeping between my husband and I too much to give up our bed!!

Cute bed. My little ones have a human-like doggie bed also. They have had it since they have been with me. They never touched it they rather lay on the floor next to the door or on top of one of my bed pillows. I tired to con them, with a treat they just looked at me like I was crazy (lol). Maybe one day they will come along and surprise mommy.

Yes it did. It's actually all one piece, the skirt is sewn to the bedding. The bed was actually very easy to put together too.

That's his first real bed too. We took the plunge and moved the bed to the bedroom last night. I was afraid I would find a nice little surprise waiting for me in the morning, since he's not fully potty trained. He slept all night long and never once got up. He even woke me up like he always does by whining and propped up at the foot of his bed. That's what really surprised me.

I actually got mine from Fred's Dollar Store. I was with my mother in law and I seen it and I just knew that was the right bed for him.

I had been putting off on getting Little Man's bed because I wanted to make sure he was potty trained before I got him an actual bed. He does have those pillow beds. He's got 2 of those. lol. 1 thats in the livingroom and the other is in his make-shift bed (a small storage tote) with sides on it so he don't make surprises in the bedroom.

When I seen that bed, I said to myself out loud, oh well I guess I'll be looking for more accidents. lol When hubby seen it, he said that'll be in the livingroom for awhile...lol...needless to say it stayed 1 night in the livingroom cause both hubby and Little Man slept in there. The very next night we went to go to bed and we put up the gate, Little Man sat at the bedroom door and whined cause he knew where he slept at night..lol..hubby went and got the bed and put it on my side and Little Man jumped in and got settled and went to sleep.
