Turbo loves his Daddy! Oh my gosh, tonight I was telling my hubby how much I appreciated all his hard work and that I love our house (we built it 8 years ago). I'm a stay at home mom and he works his tail off for this family (although I know he'd be a workaholic regardlass). Anyway I just wanted to tell him I loved him. I leaned over the back of the couch and gave him a kiss --- And I mean without missing a single beat, Bo jumped up on the couch and licked him right on the lips!!! We were both so surprised. I started laughing and peed in my pants and had to run from the room. What a little rascal! He really loves his daddy! |
LOL Cynthia - Can we say "Depends" I heard they work really well lol !!! :D That was SO SWEET ! Sounds like true love - all THREE of you ! |
Let me tell you how opposite MY yorkie was. One evening I was stretched out on the sofa with Gracie all cuddled up next to me. It was cold and snowy outside and we had a fire in the fireplace (we lived in northern MO then). My husband walked past and leaned over the back of the sofa to give me a kiss and Gracie attacked him!! OMG....we were SO surprised. I guess she was being protective and possessive and wanted him OUT of there! I couldn't help but snicker a little, but he was royally ticked off! Guess you don't have to wonder who's dog she is!! :D |
I can just picture that! That is cute! |
Devotedtoyou, where in Missouri did you live. I live pretty close to KC. |
Hahahaha! Cynthia, I love you! You're so funny!!! I always love your posts. I love little moments like that with Sully! Turbo is definitely Mr. Personality. That's great he's nuts about his daddy too. I was on the cellphone with Eli while at work tonight....and Sully was sitting in my desk drawer and heard his daddy's voice and jumped into my lap and started licking the phone. I kid you not. I didn't know dogs could distinguish voices on the phone?! But he did and he started whining and I just laughed and laughed and told Eli and his heart melted that "his boy" loves him too! LOL. |
aaahhhh how cute is that they sure do know when their loved then they just love you back 10x more     |
HAHA! I'm glad I'm not the only one that has accidents every now and then!!! LOL! |
Oh my gosh, yessss, can we say Depends??? I thought, I have officially crossed the threshold into geezerville!! Thanks for all the sweet replies everyone. I am glad Bo didn't attack my hubby. He really does love his daddy. Val, Sully loves his daddy too! Sully and Bo are twin brudders! Never underestimate the power of the bond between husbands and yorkies. I'm workin' it, believe me! It'll come in handy when I start campaigning for a little girl **evil grin**!! |

Guess who begged and begged and pleaded to get a dog in the 1st place? ME! Guess who insisted that if we MUST get a dog, then it must be a yorkie? ELI! Yep, he said he's always wanted a yorkie and so if I wanted a dog so bad that I'd let him choose the breed. Hmph, I love yorkies, so....fine with me! Guess who recently started the "campaign" for a little girl yorkie? That's right, not me, ELI! :) We must wait until after our move but we're both excited and are already trying to come up with cute girl names that are 2 syllables and don't start with an "S" or end in a "y" or "ly" sound. My 'vote' so far is Reagan.....but I have about 6-8mo. to decide for sure. ;) |
