Sam loves San Antonio

We took a trip to San Antonio this week and my goodness, Sam is one tuckered out lil Yorkie!!!!

There were more people that took pics of him than I can count. He walked his lil paws off this week on the Riverwalk and loooved every minute of it. He did ride in his stroller part but he wanted to be in the excitement of it all.

We got stopped every few steps by someone wanting to pet him or ask about having a Yorkie.


No particular order....these were taken right outside our hotel.

I was really lucky to get a room on the riverwalk!

1. Carriage Ride --- Sam LOVED this! He was fascinated with the horses. Our driver said he was very impressed that Sam never barked or growled. Sam didnt want to get down!


2. This is Jackson, the 6 month old Maltese that stayed in the same hotel. Sam and Jackson were buddies!

3. Jess, Morgan, and Sam outside of the hotel on the bridge

4. Sam looking out the window... he was trying to figure out how to get outside on the balcony to get to those birds!!!

Random Pics...

1. Sam was taking a nap in his stroller while we ate some of the best BBQ I have ever put in my mouth!!! Yes, Sam, ate right outside with us. He even got to taste a piece of brisket.

3. We came back to the room to get our jackets to go on the carriage rides and Sam tried to get in a quick nap!

The WildLife Part of our Trip

He loved the WildLife Park so much that we went thru twice! We created a jam in the Zebra area when the Zebra was in our car. People were tryin to get pics of Sam and Zebra, lol.

Good to hear he really enjoyed his trip. Its reaslly cute the way the furbabies get more attention when out on excursions.

Alright, first, let me start off by saying Sam was in NO danger with this Zebra. She was a baby and very gentle. Nana was right there (cropped out).

I would have never let it happen if I was not comfortable with it. He never once barked or growled the entire drive thru the park EXCEPT when Nana tried to roll up the window.

We did have to roll up the windows for the Ostriches because they are scary. Sam was going to eat them up!!!!

Last ones... Random pics of Sam living the life on the car ride down and back. He was hooked into his car seat but Nana insisted he wasnt comfortable so she rearranged him!

It looks as though you were really close enough to Sam to keep an eye on him. The zebra looked as curious as Sam was about meeting one another.

Most definetly! Everyone was ready to jump into action. The Zebra had already tried to kiss Morgan and myself so we knew she was pretty friendly. :p

Is nice to hear that you had a great time down here , San Antonio really has lovely places ..........

The zebra ones are the best! I think the zebra wanted Sam's cool glasses.
