I LOVE this thread. I LOVE Yorkies. Your babies were soo cute as puppies, and beautiful as adults!!! I just love Lexi's coloring now. It is amazing to watch the changes in these little guys. :) :)

pic 1 is of Ittybit at just a few weeks old..still at the breeders house..she had to be bottle fed cause the mother had lots of problems with the birth and had to stay at the vets. (the mother is fine now :-)
Pic 2 is of her and me on the night I got to bring her home at 8 weeks old
Pic 3 is a few weeks after that...in her new pj and blankie
Pic 4 is her at 1 yr old
and the profile pic is her a few months ago at almost 2...her bday was on Dec 2

Okay everyone.... If you wouldn't mind, would you scroll down about five or so posts, and look at the pictures I posted of Gracie's "then and now" pics ... the last one in that group was a couple of weeks before Christmas.

Her colors and coat are changing so much! I'll post a picture from just TWO DAYS AGO and she's even changed since THEN!!

Also, her perfectly straight hair, is now starting to get wavy .... (more so since she hasn't had a bath in a couple of weeks.) - AND... her coat type.... her head and around her face and ears - feels soft and silky.... but down her back and bottom, feels more "wiry".... would the fact that her first Mommy cut her ALL THE WAY down, not only the back, but her face and everything... have anything to do with it growing in differently? Or maybe that the back is just shorter so it feels different?

Sorry for all the questions.... trying to figure her out.... (gives me something else to obsess about...)

I read all through the sticky post by Admin about "breaking coat" but Gracie doesn't really seem to fit into any defined category...

Okay, and the eye flash color thing.... what's the story with that again? Different color means different coat type? (I know it's been asked a million times) - -

You see the pictures from the old post.... She went from a lot of silver to a deep red.... now here is a picture of Gracie from two days ago.... see how she still has that dark stripe in the middle of her forehead?

Next are some pictures from earlier today.... the top of her head has gone to PURE white.... (okay, well, not really WHITE, but pure something... gold? Tan? Apricot? Blonde?)

Last ones..... okay, so tell me what 'cha think? Any guesses as to how she'll "turn out"??

Anyone else have any age progression pictures resembling the patterns that Gracie's showing? I'd love to see how your babies turned into adults!

It's hard, because I never got to see or have an info about her parents...

She reminds me of my molly, face and neck all blonde and her body is gray/black..here a before and now... she is getting lighter every day:) so cute:)

Yes, she does... I was looking at Molly's pictures earlier and wondered if she had gone through that deep red pattern that Gracie is just now starting to break out of.... I kinda' wish she'd have kept it, she looked so pretty in her Christmas pictures....

How old is Molly now?

How old is Molly now?
She is going on 10mths, and she did have that red markings for a short time, even her back legs are all blonde now and im thinking her back will turn to.her belly is blonde as well, its so amazing how they change:D

It really is..... awwwwwww, she'll be a beautiful blonde!! :) Gracie is 7 and a half months.... soooo many changes in such a short time! I'm excited to see how she grows!! She's getting to be quite the little "teapot" too, lol - - - 4 whole pounds already!!

They are both so beautiful.... Sunshine sure didn't do much changing though, did she? What dollbabies they are!

I think I need some pictures of everyone's "mid-way" or "teen" pictures.... Gracie is 7.5 months old so I'm looking for some from around there with her same color patterns to see how they are in their adult coats...
