Mia's First Grooming 1 Attachment(s) Ok it is official. Mia is the Drama Queen. The groomers were all laughing. She cried everytime she saw the comb. Can't believe how silver her head is. |
omg how cute she is!!!!!how old is she? |
lol....... every time she saw the comb? ok now seriously,......... do you torture your mia in various ways with combs when no one is looking? |
Mia will be 22 weeks on Thursday - 4 lb 1 oz. Vet says she is just about done growing .....we'lll see. Based on 12 wk weight she would be 4.6 lbs full grown. Time will tell. No torture here, but she is a drama queen all the way. Anytime she is made to do or endure something she doesn't want to she plays it to the hilt. Cry, whine, look sad, etc. She has developed quite the repertoire of pouty sad faces. She HATES bows, baths, combs, etc. But with our 100+ lab I get real tired of her smelling like dog spit. They are constantly playing and she can't seem to avoid the lab (brandy's) Mouth. Yesterday Mia was cleaning Brandy's teeth!! YUCK!!!!!! I guess it could be worse and be Brandy's behind! :D |
how funny,........ were you nervous at all putting the large dog with mia? has she ever gotten hurt as a result of rough play? or is the lab really gentle? |
Mia and Brandy are great together. My lab is a gentle giant. They have been together since I got Mia at 13 wks 2.4 lbs. I don't leave them alone together, but when I'm home they have the run of the house together. Brandy just lies on the floor and lets Mia crawl all over her - in her mouth, on her head, etc. Mia chews on Brandy's ears, takes treats off of Brandy's tongue even. If Brandy has had enough, she gently lays one leg or paw on Mia and holds her down or used the paw to scrape Mia off her head. It is too funny to watch. |
How funny, I think I can almost SEE her pouting in her picture ;) I'd love to see a picture of her climmbing all over Brandy, I bet that is calander material :) |
