I wanted to add a couple of pictures of when she was in better health, so you could see how sweet she was...
1) Isn't she beautiful?
2) She had a bit of static cling-this was in the back of the Yukon while traveling with her
3) In the backyard
4) Just a month or 2 ago, in her cage. She no longer let us groom her so she had to be cut very short.

Dear Trina and Ray,
I just came in for a short time and read this and honey, my heart knows too well the pain you are feeling. We are in much prayer that comfort will come to you both in knowing that God now is holding your precious Lexxi within in his arms and she is totally whole and reaping in all the joys of her eternal forever home, one day God will place her in your arms again to hold forever, no more pain no more suffering, you both were very loving and caring to what needed to be in thinking of her needs first in this situation, giving her back to the Lord. What a gift these precious ones are to us, how we wish they could live our lives out with us, but this is not part of God's plan. He loans them to us till it is HIS time to call them back to HIM. How grateful we are for this time given unto each of us.

Oh Trina - my heart is going out to you. What a terrible decision to have to make and all with Gemma being sick as well. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and may little Lexxi RIP.

I feel so bad for you and your story about little precious Lexxi has me in tears. I am so sorry and will pray that God gives you comfort through your grief. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. I'm sending hugs...wish I could do more. RIP dear little Lexxi.

It breaks my heart that you had to go through this today. I know that it's one of the hardest decisions that we have to make, but our furbabies depend on us to make this decision when it's the right time. God bless you, Ray, and Lexxi. :hands: :hands: :hands: :hands:

My heart is breaking as I read your note and look at Lexxi's pictures.
You and your husband had to make a tough decision but in your hearts you both knew that she was suffering and you made the heartbreaking decision to let her go to a place where she would be happy and with other pups and no longer in pain.

My heart goes out to you and you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
