Seary Love-My Little Angel
 

I am so heart broken. My whole world has come to a halt. A week and a half ago while my little girl was being puppy sat, a door was left open and she was hit by a car. I can't even begin to explain this pain I feel every moment that I live. I feel so guilty that I was not there. I don't know what do with all of this quietness left in my home. I am on a roller coaster of emotions and I never knew that getting out of bed every day could be so hard.

Seary momma loves you more than you could ever understand. I miss you every second and don't know how I am going to make it without you. My little baby, my little girl.

My heart goes out to you - I am so sorry for your loss.
No words can make you feel better and the emptiness is overwhelming.
I hope you have some understanding and caring people around you to listen and hold you through this.

kristy my heart goes out to you having lost a dog to a tragic accident a few years ago it hurts me to know the pain you are going through not being able to get out of bed and feeling the real physical pain is horrendous. Just get through each day at the moment and have caring people around you.one day at a time . my deepest sympathy to you dianne

Kristy, I am so sorry for your loss. Your post was quite a flashback for me, having lost our Nicole the same way. She was 13 years old and I couldn't even get out of bed for days. I won't pretend to know how you feel, but I can honestly tell you that the pain that I felt then and even now was horrible. I wouldn't even discuss another pet with my husband for over six years and even now, as much as I totally love our Yorkie, Toto, I still feel the loss of Nicole. They all have a very special place of their own in our heart!

Oh! That is awful! The same thing happened to my angel Gracie in February. It is devastating! It helps me to write letters to her on YT sometimes. I also got her a grave marker. We got Lexy a few weeks later to help fill the void and give us a baby to shower with love. She doesn't make me miss Gracie any less, but she keeps us laughing and we love her now sooooo much. Your baby is at the Rainbow Bridge and she is happy and healthy and waiting for you to come and get her one day so you can be together forever. I feel your pain and know how hard this is for you. I am so sorry for your loss. Last month our 3 month old puppy died, just a month after we got him. The pain was unbearable for those first few weeks. I'm glad you found Yorkie Talk, because it is the one thing that helped me to heal. Your girl will always live on in your heart and she was blessed to have you while she did. Come back here often and post your thoughts and feelings, it really does help. It's the one place I found where I wasn't afraid people would think I was crazy for mourning a puppy so badly. You will get through this, but you have to give it some time. Try to remember the happy times and put a picture or other memento out where you can see it and think of her often. (Although I'm sure right now you think of nothing but her!) I will keep you in my prayers.

I read your post a several days ago and my heart ached for you. I just had no words at all to tell you. We always blame ourselves for accidents.We know how much you loved Seary . We spoil our furbabies like real little babies. This was a sad accident and I'm sending hugs and good thoughts your way.

OMG!!! I am SO sorry!!!! That is horrible. My Gracie got hit by a car once...I know how that feels, but I didn't loose her. I cannot imagine how you feel right now. My prayers are with you!

I'm so sorry i know how you feel. there are very few things that feel worse than when you lose a furbaby. i'll be praying for you and we have been having some rough time here so we all understand what you're going through. just remember that your baby loved you and always will just like you her. welcome to YT. come here often and express your feelings it can really help!

i lost my very first yorkie in much the same way. i was on vacation and he escaped from the backyard of my boyfriend's house. they searched for hours and hours and never found him. they called the pound the next day and it turns out he had been hit and killed.

i literally had a breakdown at the airport, which was where i found out. my boyfriend had come to pick me up and riley wasn't with him. i kept asking where he was, until my boyfriend finally told me and i just went completely nuts. i'll never forget that day. i didn't stop feeling guilty over it for a long time. but it wasn't my fault or his fault. it just happened and it was a terrible, tragic accident.

you know, everyone and everything has their time to go. i know it sounds trite at a time like this, but i really do believe that people/animals come into our lives for a reason and when that reason is fulfilled, it is time for them to move on. life is so precious and so short. and death is part of life, unfortunately.

one day, when the pain passes and dulls a little bit, you will be able to remember all the wonderful things your dog brought to your life. you will be able to look back fondly at all the memories you created with her and realize what a great gift you were to each other.

i promise that it does get easier. it never goes away completely. i still think of my riley often. but i think of how lucky i was to have him. and what a great life i gave him while he was with me. and how much i appreciate my three dogs now (one yorkie and two pugs). and also that the time will come when i have to say goodbye to these guys as well.

your little yorkie was an angel in your life and she'll be waiting for you at the rainbow bridge. they never forget.

i wish you all the best and i'm so so sorry for your loss. i know the pain is overwhelming, but just allow yourself to grieve and i promise you that you will get through this time. take care.

I lost one of my babies in March from renal failure. Our home was so quiet. I then decided to fill this home with love and laughter again. I'm so happy that I did too. The memories of Moke will never be forgotten, but the pain is fading--thanks to Maggie.
