Hoping you find comfort in the sweet memories you have of her. The loss of these precious pups is so difficult! Your love for her radiates from your post...she knew you loved her right through her final moments. She was blessed to have you just as you were to have her while you did!

Tears are streaming as I read your post about precious angel dog Rosie. Yes there definitely is a heaven and the Creator of all loves and is holding Rosie now. I know you will see her again. Only the Lord knows when it is time for us and dogs to go home. When that time comes, as hard as it is we must hand them back over to Him. I had to do that with Teddy Peanut. Broke my heart. You did everything perfect for Rosie. She is not suffering now. You were blessed to have her in your life and she will forever be in your heart and in heaven. Oh that blessed place that we have hope to go to one day and forever be in the presence of Jesus and our loved ones and dogs.

Carmel , I'm so sorry for your loss, it is obvious that you love your little ones very much but as hard as it is we also need to know when to let them go, I'm sorry that you had to make this awful decision so soon, your little Rosie will be missed but she will always be part of you.

I haven't been on and I just saw this. I am so so very sorry over the loss of your sweet Rosie. It's so very sad I'm at a loss for words. God bless the prettiest Yorkie Angel Rosie. My heart goes out to you guys I'm so sorry.

I just wanted to apologize to anyone who might've felt offended if I went too much into detail...I didn't want to upset anyone. I was just trying to get it all out one last time. We talk about Rosie every day and remember all good memories with her. She was so funny and sweet.

you should not have to apologize at all. you didnt say anything wrong imo. you needed to be able to express it all and that is what we are here for to help you through this very difficult time. if we can help in anyway or you need anything please let us know if there is anything we can do.

Working as a vet tech I was present for hundreds of euthanasia, though I wouldn't call myself a religious person I will say I do believe animals have a soul. You can't bear witness to something like that and not feel the loss, the sudden dullness where there was once light. I think there is a heaven for animals and I try to live my life well enough so they might let me in. I can only imagine your pain, know that we are all here for you sending healing thoughts and caring prayers your way. Please don't beat yourselves up to much, you were great parents, Rosie was lucky to be so loved by you all.

Carmen, I do think it helps the process of grieving if you can talk about the loved one that has passed. You are certainly welcome and encouraged to talk about Rosie to all of us on YorkieTalk who understand what you are going through, and want to support you.

I'm glad you are reflecting on good memories of little angel Rosie, because nothing can take those away form you. She will forever be in your heart.

I want to hear all about Rosie. I followed her on YT, and I feel very sad about your loss of your precious angel.

Something that helped me when Ashley passed away was a card signed by all of the people who work at our vet. Ashley's favorite vet tech wrote "Ashley now has wings." The thought of her being an angel made me smile. She always had been our little angel.

Carmen, yes little Rosie is in heaven just as happy as when she was with you. She will be there when you go there, just waiting for you. I do believe the Lord Who loves all of us and the animals has a very special place prepared for us. Not anything like this earth with all the suffering. No sun, no darkness, just the beautiful light that shines eternally. We must look beyond this life to see the reality of death. It is a passing. Passing into His holy presence and all the joy of the angels. We cannot imagine this but by faith I know. Rest assured you took the greatest care of sweet little Rosie and she is not far away, just in the land of Glory!

Carmen, I am so sorry to hear this. My heart is breaking for you, I am in tears. I am sorry I didn't see this thread earlier to offer my condolences. My stomach dropped when I saw the title. You did what you could. At least you were there with her as she passed. One of my biggest regrets is not being with Scrappy when he passed. I did not think I could physically handle it. She was with you and Tony for the final moments of her life. I am so sorry I just don't know what to say.
RIP sweet angel.
