Mahouha, what a lovely tribute to precious Tootsie.

Lisa, thank you for putting up the link to 10 Thank-yous; I had not seen it before and think it is very therapeutic in helping all of us who have lost precious pups, whether it was recent or long ago.

I am so sorry and yes I do feel your grief. We lost our first yorkie Max last Saturday. Tears, time is the only healer. I lost a bernese mountain dog in Jan also. It's a horrible thing to go through but the memories are so precious

Oh how I know how you feel but you must go on . I felt the same way when I lost my little yorkie Keally but YT helped me through this awful loss. I did go on and now I am blessed with another little angel .Your baby knew you gave him all the love and care so he would want you to think of all the wonderful days you had together. I know it is not easy but treasure those memories . I hope all goes well for you and remember YT is here to help you through this tough time. Susan

I am so sorry for your loss...I too lost my Elvis on Sept 6 of a massive seizure and brain damage..It is awful and painful we only had our Elvis for 5 months, he was 7 months old, how does a baby die so suddenly...All I know is it will get easier....My prayers are with you always...Hugs...Pam

John, how are you doing? I hope you are coping with your loss. I am getting a bit better each day and the lovely memories of my beautiful Tootsie are coming back. Let me know how you are doing. Lots of love from a friend that you helped through these hard times.

Words can't express the emptimess
When I lost Elvis I felt so lost and broken. I Can tell u with time it gets easier I can begin to share happy memories.. I have opened my heart to another yorkie..Dexter or Dex for short..he is so different than our Elvis but we welcome different and new..our home is full of movement again...so.time will heal and u will be ready to share, grow and learn from another...prayers and hugs to you.
