My Niko is gone

My beloved Schnauzer boy, Niko, has gone to the Rainbow Bridge, and my heart is very heavy.

He was the best, most loving, loyal boy ever, and almost made 16 years. It was hard seeing him go downhill the last six months, and I know he was ready to be rid of his tired body. Still, I'm missing him and will forever hold him in my heart.

Rest in Peace dear Niko, we love you so much.

I'm so very sorry. Niko was such a handsome boy, and obviously so well loved, I know you'll miss him very much. But now he's young in both body and spirit again, and busy making friends running and playing at the bridge while he looks down on you with love. RIP sweet boy.

I am so very sorry. I understand what you are going thru, My Sammy went to Rainbow Bridge 3 weeks and 4 days ago. It is just so terribly sad. Please take care of yourself. Sending hugs to you. Rest in Peace, sweet Niko.

So sorry for your loss. It is so hard to let thme go.. But he isn't in pain anymore. He will always live in your heart.

Ahhhhh, schnauzers and yorkies have my heart. I remember when we lost Max in 07 and then a yr. later Mandy. I thought my heart was tore out and stomped on. I know how well how you feel. Schnauzers are like talking to little humans and they talk back. Love them!!! I can't tell you how sorry I am but my my Niko had a long wonderful life. Sixteen yrs. that is great. Well RIP baby boy you are at peace without any pain or suffering now. You are loved.

My little Korki and him are playing together in a place
where there is no pain.

Oh no! Sandy, I'm so sorry. He is so handsome in his pics. Schnauzers are such sweet hearts. My heart is breaking for you. RIP Sweet Niko, and know that your Mommie loves you forever.

Your Niko was such a beautiful boy. I know your heart feels so heavy, but I also know how filled with love it will always be for Niko. My heart breaks for you. I don't know any way to prepare oneself for the loss of one so loved. I hope that beautiful memories of Niko will replace the sad ones you are now feeling. I am so very sorry for your great loss.

Thank you dear friends for all your kind words. It truly is comforting to know you understand and care.

Niko was one of those super sweet "old souls" who touched many lives. He loved life, and was blessed with a very long one. I am grateful for that and all the wonderful memories of him.

Very sorry to hear of your loss. I am sure the last several months have just been heart wenching for you as it was for us to watch our Pringles become weaker. I pray you are able to find peace soon. Know that Niko will always be with you in your heart and memories.

so very sorry for your loss. hopefulluy now he is young and not in pain and having fun with his friends over the rainbow bridge. Hope he finds Sammy (SammyMommy)i know those 2 cuties will have alot of fun together.

My first dog was a black schnauzer names Betsy. I had to have her PTS in 2006. So began my love affair with dogs. It took me almost three years before I could say her name with becoming completely hysterical. I had her cremated and she rests on my bureau in my bedroom. Many days I still "talk" to her, but it does get a little easier as time goes by. I am so sorry for you loss of your precious Niko. ((hugs))
