No. You are right that another yorkie cannot replace the one you lost. I'm so very sorry for your loss.:( It hurts a lot to lose them. The one thing another yorkie can do is help fill the hollow place in your heart and return your love. Perhaps you would like to rescue a yorkie in need that has no home, but would love to have a home like yours. |
I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my sweet littleJeter in January of this year and my heart still hurts real bad. I already have 2 other Yorkies, but my heart still aches for my lil guy very much. I would love to get another little guy, but right now is just not the right time for me. |
I am also so sorry for the loss of your furbabies! I know how hard it is on your heart to lose them but they will always be with you ! Getting another furbaby is not replacing the one you lost but adding more joy to your life and it does help ease the emptiness. |
You may not believe you can smile and have fun with another YT. But one day you will. One day a YT will look at you and melt all those anxious feelings away. Listen to your friends here at Yorkie Talk they know! So sorry for your loss, I too have lost one of my fur babies. |
I KNOW exactly how you feel. I lost my Toffee over a year ago, and I still get upset....it was heartbreaking....I couldn\'t talk about her, and I couldn\'t stop crying - where ever I was....BUT I now have Mr.Darcy. A month after Toffee left me, I was in Florida, and my best friend made me go out looking for a new furbaby, because even being in Florida didn\'t cheer me up! I couldn\'t stop crying. We found Mr. Darcy. I felt terribly guilty - I kept thinking how Toffee would hate me holding another puppy. You just have to go on. Did not replace but filled a void....and now I have 2 furbabies. I just got Lizzie yesterday, she is 4 months old, and I love her already. You will be OK. |
