I am so very sorry. I know how fragile life really is and if you can possibly try to remember you are fortunaltely going to be someone who KNOWS the beauty of life and love. You can use her memory to appreciate everything else you have in life. I have found in hard times that by finding something you have to be grateful for it really helps to come out of depressions like this one your in. You could be thankful that the little sweetheart did not have any pain or suffering, that seems like a peaceful way to go. You can thank GOD that she didn't have a long harsh sickness and he took her quickly and painlessly. I hope that helps you in some way.

Oh honey I am so deeply sorry for your loss of Cherry.
Being such a shock and unexpected thing to happen I can certainly
understand why your feel like you do. The only thing I can think
to say is remember she did not suffer or linger in pain.
My heart goes out to you and your family at this time.

I am sorry for your loss.
I remember when you joined,I was looking at her pics thinking she was so gorgeous.She looked just like a show breeders pups do and then to find out she was!
Did you do an autopsy? you may be entitled to another since she died so young it may be heriditary.I know you don't want to hear this right now and I am sorry if I caused you more pain by bringing it up,only reason I did is because of the time limit with this.

RIP baby Cherry! What a heartbreaker!! I am so sorry this happened to you! :cry: Don't blame yourself...it sounds like a heart problem to me too. I would encourage you to contact her breeder. Getting another puppy will help you heal. Cherry wouldn't want you to be sad for her. Sending big hugs!! :hug:

I am so sorry. My Trace died much the same way. We went to bed at 1AM....he was fine but he wasn't fine at 7. :( He was only 13 months old. For a long time I blamed myself for what I should\'ve done, could\'ve done, etc....it\'s hard not to...but eventually you have to accept it was meant to be for whatever reason.

All of us who accept the love and companionship of a pet...also must experience the eventual heartache of losing one. Unfortunately...it happens to some of us much sooner than others.

Time heals the ache but it just doesn\'t seem to pass quickly enough.

Time heals all. Remember the good time, donate your time and efforts. Consider what Cherry would want.

I lost my dog of 14 years to Lymphoma about 3 years ago. I have fond memories that will live forever.

Another idea is to make a scrap book. In time, maybe you will find another dog for you.

Im so sorry hun, I know how hard it is, I lost my minnie Jan 9th and I keep going from saddness to anger. I feel just like you do. But we also need to take care of our selfs. your baby would want you to be happy. so take care of your self. HUGS. RIP sweet baby. We had a little rescue come into our lifes. we wasnt planning on having another but here she is and she has put smiles on our saddened faces.you will never stop hurting for your baby, but it will become less. so be strong hun. she will allways be in your heart and in your memories.

I\'m so sorry for your loss. Try to find some peace in knowing that your pup didn\'t suffer. Memories are a good thing. It\'s Cherry\'s way of saying thanks. You will never forget the good times.
