Ity Bity Rescue has recently opened it's doors to yorkies & other toy breed dogs. Owners decide to get rid of their beloved pets for many reasons. But handing your unaltered pet over to someone you think has good intentions can be a horrible mistake. Your dog may be subjected to breeding the rest of it's life with little or no vet care. Even if you give the dog to a responsible person, who will they give it to in the event they can not keep it. A rescue will insure that your pet is placed in a fantastic home & if they decide not to keep it the new owner will have to be approved by the rescue or returned to the rescue. You will be assured your pet will be kept up to date on vaccinations & will be altered to insure it will be used as a family pet only. Altering also helps with many peronality issues that will make your pet more pleasant to have around. We keep the pets in our homes & treat them as our own until a proper 4-ever home can be found.
