I checked out the Dover park and the picnic shelters still need to be rented there too, but they are a lot cheaper. So, right now it's looking like the better of the two. I've never been to the one in Dover, so I'll have to check it out here soon. Also, a dog park would be fun too, so we'll keep the one in Massillon in mind too.

Also, for anyone planning on attending, I'm thinking August 25th looks to be the best day to plan on. It gives me time to get things organized and that way everyone should have plenty of time to schedule it in. :)

Ain't that the truth. :rolleyes: The one in Dover only costs $25 and it says it sits up to 100 people, so it's relatively cheap and we'll have more than enough room for everyone. And if you say it's further away from the road, then it will definitely be a better idea than Philly's. :)

So, as of right now, let's plan on August 25th at the Dover city park. Like I said before, I'll bring the hamburgers and hotdogs to grill up and everyone can bring a covered dish. Plates and utensils will also be provided by me, so no worries about that. :) Also, door prizes. So, I'll definitely need a count on who all is planning on attending and how many dogs/guests you're bringing. Don't forget, all small dogs are welcome, not just our precious Yorkies. :)

Oh, and I'll start another thread letting everyone know about the meetup, since this thread isn't really clear that it's a meetup thread.

Maybe do a search here of- OHIO there used to be a thread and it had tons of people here from Ohio. Revive it and maybe we'll get more interest. I'll see if I can find it.

I'm from Chillicothe,Ohio.I have 4 yorkies,Sparky,Spike,Trixie and Zoe.Plus we have Trixie's 4 babies and Zoe is due Aug.8.

That'd be great if you could come, but I can understand if you can't come. It is quite a drive. I'm still tired from the 3 hour drive we took yesterday to get to Cincinnati, but it was definitely nice to meet you and Tilula and everyone else who showed up. :)

Hello everyone, I'm from dublin ohio which is just outside of columbus .. I just joined a couple days ago and am looking forward to finding my first yorkie. I may have found him but we'll see :) I look forward to getting to know everyone

Awesome, I know exactly where that is. If you get your furbaby before the 25th you should come to our meetup in Dover. ;)

lol! imagine that!! What a small world. cause Wooster surely isn't big;):D we live out ST RT 95. So that would be SW part of Wooster. About 12 miles out, but our addy is still Woo. Triway SD. too. How about you?:)

My vet said about 6 or 7, but he didn't do an x-ray or ultrasound, so I don't know how accurate it is. I can feel at least three when I feel her tummy, so it's going to be a surprise. :)

We live about 3 minutes away from the Triway High School.
We just moved here from Orrville about 4 months ago.
So we are pretty close.

Haha! I just realized I had two screens open at once and answered a question from another thread here and this question there. :o Here's what this one should of said. lol

I'm not sure yet. Last time, I had it at the city park in Dover. This time, I don't know. Maybe the same and maybe not. We'll see.

lol! ok too weird!! My parents live 1 minute from the HS! It's where I grew up:p Also the lady I am getting my baby girl from lives in Orrville. She had a son who would have been around your age, but he passed away about 4 years ago:(
