We will for SURE be there Sat and will be staying at:
Best Western Inn Executive Plaza
2900 Jackson Ave. Ann Arbor MI
for the night. They are setting up a room where we all can have dinner together and talk. I think that will be fun!!

Depending on what I spend on Saturday, I will plan on being there both days, If I spend too much, I might be better off skipping Sunday

oh I love Best Western. Now I have never been to Ann Arbor.. But when I was little we used to travel around the US and stayed in B.W. .. I've stayed in a couple here in Chicago, and when we go to canada we stay in Best Western. They are just soo friendly there

But anyway.. I'm glad I found out about this ahead of time... I'm going to have to request the weekend off of work

Is Ann Arbor anywhere close to New Buffalo? we have a summer home on the lake.. so I know how to get there and to the Lighthouse Place lol.. anywhere else and I'm lost

I will be making and have some commisioned already, Hawaiian themed dresses and shirt outfits for the Yorkie fair. If you are interested the prices for t-shirts or harnesses for the boys is $12.00 and the girls dresses will be $15.00. You can PM me or email me at hautedaugcouture@i2k.com with your furbabies measurements and color scheme that you would like. You can check out some of my handmade dog clothing at my site www.hautedaugcouture.com
I will also have my booth at the fair as well. I can't wait to see old friends and meet some new ones and their babies!

I am on the Yorkiefair 2007 committee and we are doing our best to have all satisfied guests. I wish I lived closer but since all the committte members do not live in Mi we have our own private group online that we can share ideas with, take votes on etc. I have also recruited my Husband to help. I am going to try to come up to Michigan on Wednesday or Thursday and will be staying at the host hotel before Yorkiefair and help with last minute details and have extra time to visit with people. 2 of the girls on the committtee will be arriving on Wed night from Utah.
Our committee has been working on this Yorkiefair since Spring 2006 when I and we are looking forward the weekend and are still tossing around ideas. We are are doing our best to have a safe and happy fun weekend for all. We hired a photographer I met in Mi at a Yorkie meet up so you all will be able to capture your babies in their Hawiian or other outfits and some of the profits will be going to yTNR of which I am a member. Do you likee the name Yorkiefair ? I thought of it then we voted on a Hawian theme and it has been a real TEAM effort for all our ideas and work.
