I'm probably the closest at 25 minutes. That's why I am pretty flexible with the scheduling. I think Aymee is talking about possibly spending the night and might a mini vaca out of it since she has to drive so far. |
We would like to come, too. It is about a 6 hour drive for us, as well. For those who will have to get a motel Maybe we could come up with a motel that we could all stay at together. I don't know the area well but there were several on the list that was posted. |
Looks like I may be making a trip to Akron sooner that expected... my counsin Beth Stonemetz who lives in Akron passed away and I may be heading down for the funeral. No details right now, but very unexpected. |

Get together Hi, I'm a new YT Mom and am interested in a get together. My pup, Tory is just turning 6 months and hasn't met many smaller dogs. We've only had him a little over a month. Has anyone been to this dog park? Is it safe. Might there be other, big dogs there who could hurt our little guys? I worry when Tory roughhouses with my gentle lhasapoo who weighs 13#. I live in N Ridgeville Ohio, just west of Cleveland suburbs. |
The park should have an area just for the smaller dogs so I am sure Tory would be fine. Look at the site and maybe you could find out for sure. |
Been back to bow wow beach a few times since the meet up earlier and have encountered other yorkies while there. Might head back there this weekend. |
