Abby's back from the vet :) She now weighs 3.5 lbs! Can you believe she was the smallest in the litter and she now weighs over a pound more than Chanel?!? She's making up for lost time, I suppose! Anyway, the vet said she's perfect! And one of her hernias has self corrected, so that's excellent news. We won't have to go back until July for Daisy's shots and then not again until Jan. for Abby to be spayed.

Everyone just went on and on over Abby today. It does make you feel good to hear all those compliments. I'm just thrilled that she's so healthy.

I think little Miss Abigail Grace is pooped out. She's curled up in her playpen sound asleep.
Mama might not be too far behind.

I wanted to start something new....I want everyone to post pictures up of yourselves with you real names so we can all put names with faces so when it comes to meet-up time we will somewhat know who you are lol. I'll go first....here is me, Ashley. Its a wedding picture, its about the most recent pic I have of myself so of course I wont look THIS good at the meet-up....I am very pale....I look tan in the pics cuz I had went through 4 sessions of spray tanning lol, and of course even after less than a year of marriage I put on a few pounds which I hope to come off this summer lol (i'm so hard on myself) anyways here I am....and the second one is my Husband Billy!! Hi Shelby and Seymour! Are you going to go to the International Yorkie Meetup in Kansas City? I just read the thread for the first time a week ago or so, and had my husband look up how far a drive it would be from here...I think he said 8 hours. I had been meaning to ask if anybody was going to be going. It looks so fun.

Ashley, you are beautiful!!:) Your pictures are so good! I love your hair updo and your dress! Great idea on posting pics with names. I joked with Tammy if I should hold up a sign saying YT member so we could find each other;)!! I had met her just once many years ago....she was best of friends with my neighbor.....I would not have remembered, but since we have our pics in our albums...that helps a lot even if we don't have our yorkies with us;)....I think we will be ok!!:D She said we should dress the girls in frilly dresses and Winston in a Tux tee hee!!!! Oh it was cool today she called on the phone....the first time we talked...now I can even put a voice with the face!! Ok we will take pics and post them ashley!!

Ashley - Good idea about the pictures, so we will recognize each other at the meet-up in the fall. This picture is from a cruise we took in March. (By the way, we were lucky enough to be cruising when the big 12 inch snow fell here. :)) My husband's name is Robert and my name is Lisa E. and we usually do not look like this. Lol.

Hello! I'm from Ohio. :D Just thought I'd check out this thread and join in on all the fun. Hubby and I have four beautiful furbabies, Kayla (3 years old), Cory ( 1 year old), Kylee (6 months old), and Chubby (6 months old). Kayla and Cory are the mother and father of Kylee and Chubby. We're also expecting our own first skin baby on December 17th. :D December's going to be a big month for us, as three of our furbabies birthdays are that month also. :eek:

I see that there is a meetup in the making? Any thoughts about when and where? I'll be going to a meetup this Sunday in Akron. It will be our second meetup since the weather warmed up this year and most definitely not our last. :D

We are going to niagara fall on sunday for three days. My mom is watching my babies(so that's better than a kennel but still.... Me and my husband are going to miss them sooooo much.

Oh how exciting for you!! December is a good Month to have a baby but I suggest you hold out till the 18, Two very good looking people were born on that day you know... Brad Pitt and Myself;) .. All joking aside congratulations!!

I haven't been to any meet ups with Jeter yet but it sounds like fun. It's hard for me to know what our plans are with my husbands Job, on weekends he has to call in 12 hours before work to see if he has to go in to load any boats for that night shift. Also I do not drive do to having Epilepsy and taking meds that make me sleepy. I have my dear sweet husband to be my personal chauffeur all the time:rolleyes:

Brandy - You cracked me up about your comment that your husband is your personal chauffeur. I do drive, but I would much rather have my husband drive. He calls it, "Driving Miss Daisy."

As Lisa E. said, I think the get together is planned for the Fall. I think that will be a nice time of year to have it. Not too hot or cold.
